I don't see it as falling under the pay-to-win category, because plain skill can beat buyers and druggers. The funny thing is most buyers have hardly any skills and rely on their drugs, while players who can't buy tend to have sharper skills and strategy.

+1 There are tons of computer shops and services that will put together a computer for you, with parts that you decide. They have all the knowledge and experience to make sure it works, and their fee is usually pretty small, especially if you buy the parts from them. Either way you'll get a lot more bang for the buck. You can get a much better computer if you make it custom than buying a full set.

Nitro used to give 30% plus 2m/s which made heavy hulls overpowered. Example: Hornet M3 speed is 9.1 2m/s is 21% of its speed Hornet on Nitro has a 51% speed increase (21+30) Mammoth M3 speed is 5.2 2m/s is 38% of its speed Mammoth on Nitro has 68% speed increase (38+30) Now nitro gives 30% speed increase, so that makes it equal for all hulls.
