It's a shame to see this topic be a waste of space really, so many people giving one word answers, or those who are even satisfied with such simple and useless replies. If only everyone took more time to give detailed advice, these forums would be much improved. ----------------- I'm leaning towards Digital now I suppose, so many people have influenced me to move away from Winter... its a little saddening lol. I was really excited about Winter, it looks cool and I'd be one of the few people using it.... :( I might still go against the current on this one haha, we'll see. I've still got plenty of time to decide.

Hi there! :) Both are very good, I think it depends mostly on what maps you play.. Thunder > railgun in many maps, but railgun > thunder in other maps... but both are useful in almost all map sizes honestly. Thunder is more fun to use in my opinion. Looking back on my past decisions, I wish I bought Thunder M1 rather than Railgun M1, but I still have thunder at M0... I'll upgrade it a little bit maybe on this upcoming sale, just for fun... and both work with almost any hull really.. so you can't go wrong with either. Choose the one that you enjoy more because itll motivate you to play more often, and better.

Great, I'm in full agreement! However, what about paints? I'm concerned about which paint I will use on Wasp, either Winter or Digital, I'm unsure which would be better.. 38% shaft with 18% thunder and 5% rail, vs 35% rail, 13% smoky and 10% shaft... both would be awesome when MU'd a little bit... the 38% shaft protection would let me take a fully powered M3 shaft shot on my m2 Wasp with 3 HP left ( assuming nothing is MU'd ) and I think the 5% rail is enough to let me survive an M3 rail shot around 50-60% of the time... Rustle is obviously going to be useful on my Titan/Hunter in small maps, its unquestionable as to whether or not it would be a good purchase. I'm just struggling on the above question between Winter vs Digital for use with Wasp m2 + shaft m2. I don't play Stadium/Seruphov often, but I will play lots of Barda/Kungur/Tribute/Skylark etc. Sandbox too I think.

Hulls: Wasp M2 + Titan M2 Turrets: Smoky M2, maybe Rico,Thunder, or Rail M2 Paints: Winter or Rustle or Digital... I can't decide.. I own Tundra and Electra currently.. Someone help me with what I am unsure of! 215k crystals to work with. After Wasp/Titan, 120k left.

Shaft glitch, I let both of them get on the top on the first ledge, then I had the freezer (my teammate) get on top of the isida. The Isida was the 'middle-man' to increase the shaft's impact force (the bug which is now fixed.) Once the freeze was on top of the isida, they got close to the edge of the ledge (lol) and I went up against the wall, aiming in the air at them, and shot the freezer through the Isida, making him fly on top of the building. The similar trick was done to get the dictator on top of the garage in Noise.

Not necessarily... noobs will still use wasp in a noobish way, since its potential mastery is not purely based on mastering stability. There is much more that can be done with it, so I don't agree fully. Perhaps for some, its even harder for the noobs. Some will be frustrated and quickly turn to another hull also. :) Noobs aren't usually patient enough to master things, which is why they are noobs. I think everything requires 'skill' to master it, unless your standards for mastery are set lower than my own opinion.

I think Rico/Smoky will be fun, twins will be boring, firebird is good but I already own two M2 close range weapons so It may be silly to have all 3... both M3 freeze and M3 isida unlock soon anyways, so I doubt M2 fire would be as useful. I definitely need a better paint, but unsure what I should get... should I wait until the next sale to buy a paint at a higher rank, sticking with Tundra for a few more ranks? Help much appreciated! Both work very well. You can't go wrong with either of them, just depends more on the maps you enjoy. If you like long range maps, then obviously rail, and if smaller maps, then freeze. Both work in lots of maps though so no worries. :)

The impact force / 1 shot kill bug was fixed, but the turning speed side to side is still far slower than up and down... this was not happening before update 208. Something is wrong.. shaft turns side to side too slow still. I'm sure many if not all shaft users will also notice this... I realize MisterGeneral sent this to the devs, however I think they thought fixing the other bug would fix the turning speed too... but it didnt. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

Both done with just 3 people, 1 shaft.

^ Not for too long... you'll want to get Prodigi asap as a step up... and I think the jump from Digi->Prodigi is quite a long ways unless you purchased the M2 medium kit... which you didn't... so it'd be better if you had a different paint in between this time. Prodigi would be wonderful for you though. However I think your paint GREATLY depends on the maps you'll be playing mostly.. so you need to determine that first. Most of these shafts will disappear tomorrow once the bug is removed, and I doubt there will be too many M3 shaft users since it simply doesn't fit that many peoples play style. Many try it and are frustrated with it, so they drop it for another weapon... now of course if you're main maps are Stadium and Seruphov or however its spelled... then Winter is your paint for sure. I think its rather easy for you to dodge shaft users though, especially using firebird, just use camera angles to watch them before you make a corner... be aware if theres one in the game you're in at all times, and this will greatly help you from being killed by him. Raise awareness, take specific paths to avoid him, and after he shoots... you have the fastest hull in the game to zip up to him, and kill him with firebird before he can reload. I don't think Winter is the best paint for a firebird user. Loam is actually decent, but if you encounter another firebird... (which you will) since you're a wasp, it might kill you either way due to their high DPS. This is especially the case if he starts shooting before you do (from behind.) I myself am also struggling to determine which paint, if any, that I should buy... I'm going to rank any moment now, and will also be buying Wasp m2, so i've heavily been considering the same question you have about paints, DidYouKnowThat.

@ Doughnut, Save your crystals! The M2 ranks last for a pretty long time, so its nice to have variety later, especially with turrets. Its silly to buy something... just to buy it. Save up for your goals, rank alot, and hopefully you'll be fortunate enough to get another sale when you need it. Goals/Maybe section looks great btw.
