    @SpankerTanker: INCORRECT. Splash damage is not ONLY for damaging groups of enemies. It can also hurt enemies indirectly. For example, an enemy hiding in a tunnel or behind a wall can still be hit via surroundings. An enemy on the run can also be hit when they turn the corner. Just shoot where they were last at and splash damage can still reach them. I've killed many low-health enemies like that when they try to run away from me. Hehe. Some of them even carrying flags *cough* Rio map.

    @Genak: I don't know. For me I'm fine with lots of weapons using DP : Smoky, Thunder (sometimes, since I know how to deal with them), Railgun (With that reload and chance of missing), Shaft ( Reload + Nerfed vision), Twins/Freeze/Isida takes longer to kill you since they do damage over time. Though Firebird can also stand out, although I rarely see M3 versions. . . . But not sure man. Those DP Hammers are too crazy. Much OP when drugged.

    @Genak: Hammer is fine until it gets on drugs. Kills you so fast you don't have time to fire. :P But lets see how this "nerfed" version works out. @AliceTreatPU: Yeah you got it right. Railgun's fine as it is. You got Forrester, Digital, and Prodigi along with the newer paints that I'm not familiar enough with. So it's all good. No need to change it. Still very effective without being OP or UP, and players love it. Hehe.

    @Papaya: Did Hammer get nerfed that much? On front page some guy says Hammer is still OP, with a happy face,and a cry of YES! :P So I'm guessing he would disagree with you. . . ? But then again he is quite a high rank, one rank higher than me. Possibly he has an M3+ Hammer . . ?

    Splash damage is a very fun aspect of Thunder, so I'll look forward to seeing how this goes. :P But true, Thunder-users are nerfed a bit, since the snuggle-effect will be worse now. Snuggle-Effect -> When the enemy presses against and "snuggles" with an enemy Thunder, forcing the Thunder to either ceasefire or kill itself. But whatever, Thunder isn't a close ranged weapon anyway. Medium-Far ranged, so this is good I guess. For those worried about enemies making you blow yourself up, just stay back in the shadows. You're not a Hammer or Firebird, so don't be like you're indestructible and go charging in. That's what I found that works best. Stay back a little, and equip a double power. Points will rise like magic. :P As many enemies try to go in for the flag, light them up with a bunch of shots. With the buffed splash damage, this should work even better. Stay far back enough (not too far) from the flag that an enemy going for the flag will NOT go for you. However, don't go too far till your damage is nullified or you won't be able to shoot the enemy in case he uses an OP health kit. Make the enemy gamble. >:^) And if he goes for you, then try to drive backwards while shooting him, or even laying down a mine. Trolololol. Example: Silence Blue Team At the Blue Base's flag point, hang out near the open "cliff." Hide behind the 2 cement blocks piled on top of each other for cover if you need it, and you'll be able to fire at the ramp to your left side, or aim directly at the flag. OR, you can drive to the right and have another vast area to terrorize. Shoot into the tunnel once in a while to catch any enemies camping there. That's more of a defensive playing style, but you get it. Extra tip: Be near any exit points so you can use your hull to block them; one example is again, the cliff. That area is very valuable, again, to a Thunder. Not only do you have a bird's-eye view of the map with the cliff, but you have the 2 blocks to give you cover while giving you access to rain hell on very important choke points. Pursuing can be easy as well, and you can keep a Shaft or any other sniper safe on their cliff. K I'm going to stop now. Getting carried away. :( (edit) And since you have cover, guess what? Mines can be effective as well. Sneaky, eh? But beware, you may become so successful at taking enemies out that sometimes they'll admit defeat and go straight for you instead of the flag, and most likely you will die. . . . .. . . So yes, beware. K I'm really going to stop now.

    A minor nerf to health pack. Ugh, finally. That thing is too OP. Best way to insult players. Just use a health pack and watch as you get a shield + full health, since it heals WAY more than your health bar. I liked it better back then when the healing could be cut off with a big blast of DPS. But now, nope. For Mines, this is a good update. I don't see many people use it, except for myself. Mines = Very fun items. And it also gives me another reason to use Mammoth. With a teammate Isida, I eat Mines like they're chocolate chip cookies. OM NOM NOM NOM NOM. :D And Thunder on DP could probably kill mine layers easier now with higher splash damage.

    Experimental Camera Speed

    Not everything needs to be so FAAAAAAAAAAASSSSSSSTTTTTTTTTTTTT. I actually liked the previous camera speed. . . .. . .And this is coming from a guy who hasn't played in like what, a couple months or something? Yeah just played Tanki for like an hour or so. Got so bored of OP drugged tanks that I didn't even find the enthusiasm to complete THE GAME. So I know the old experience, and this new experience. I mean it's tolerable I guess, but I find the slower camera much better.

    @Corpsecrusher: Lol yeah. It SUCKS if you don't have drugs. There's almost no chance of winning, skill can't even win against these broken drugs. You're just easy Exp/Crystals for druggers. Good thing I still have a couple hundred of 234. :P Once it runs out though I'll be playing less. a LOT less.

    Yeeee. I agree with jazz20. That's why I was hesitant on MU'ing Thunder. I wasn't very impressed with its base M3 Stats albeit it was good against lower ranks. At M4 it rocks. Hehee. I do not regret MU'ing it. Although you'll still come across Emerald-painted tanks which become quite the annoyance, just find a way to take care of them or switch to another gun. Or let your teammate take care of them I guess. You'll still do OK damage, but if they have health pack or something then don't even try. Best take out the any surrounding enemy/isidas and let your allies kill it. But either way I'm fine with Thunder going either way. If it stays the same, great. I can get used to this bigger radius and damage. My reload is pretty much maxed at 10/12. If it gets "nerfed," I'm assuming reload will be faster, which is excellent! :D

    Finally yes! (edit) And THANKS Tanki! Great way to start playing again after a short hiatus. :P (edit2) And can finally fully MU my Thunder. . . From 19/25 on damage to 25/25, and from 10/12 on Reload to 12/12. And maybe some MU's on M3 Isida? .. .

    This is what happened today. . . 1) Oh hahaha look at that stupid Isida/Viking running towards me. 2) -Fires Thunder shots at him- 3) He's like 10-15 metres away or something. 4) O hahaahahaha 1 more shot and you're dead. ahhaha stupid Isida. Can't even reach me. 5) He pressed Spacebar and regained health. 6) Me: Mind-blown

    @SamLauncher: Not for me. . . .Other weapons may be more accurate, but I've gotten used to Thunder and its limitations. So not really. . . And Splash damage was nerfed? Lol, I feel like it was buffed. XD. The larger radius helps out a lot, and really pushes it in the right direction of why it's unique - the splash damage. I've gotten used to the 2.5 reload, although sometimes I still press spacebar a bit too early. Lol! Now I kind of like the update. . . Although that's because my Thunder is 10/12 MU'd in reload speed, and 19/25 of damage. For you un-MU'd people with modifications even lower than M3, well that must be painful to use. . .at least for me it would be.

    @NewbieCake: Lol that doesn't prove anything. . .XD Battles in Test server are hardly anything like the battles on the real server anyways. Newbies just slap on M4 gear and buy the best paints and drugs. I don't really care about wins there. Proving a turret OP is going to take much more than 1 battle in which we don't know anything about. @Strawwitz: They can both hit multiple targets -sort of. Thunder's splash and Railgun's pierce. Lol yeah, the people who spam health packs. They're so annoying, and gamebreaking if you don't have it, and you're going up against someone with it. With health packs, it's way too easy to capture flags, especially with now Thunder's slower reload.

    I usually play against M3 Hulls, which have lots of HP. With a paint? Eh . . .I would prefer faster firing rate, not damage. Just pop in an Overpowered health pack and boom, all your "damage" is gone. Faster firing rate brings on more options, say, moving onto another target, or getting in one more extra shot before your enemy gets away. Or making more use of the impact force. I think if it stays like this, Railgun's going to be better than Thunder. Just my opinion. Emeralds, Prodigis, Rustles, Cedars, (And Clay??) paints will be a much more pain in the neck to Thunders I predict. Double armor and/or health pack, boom. Good bye Thunders, as I either get within self-damage range or get away easily with the flag.

    Unless you have a lower Modification hull compared to the Thunder, Thunder did not get more OP in my opinion. Got a nerf. . . . . And if you get a paint? Nerfed even more.

    The radius increase is what I like most. Hehe, Red Team on Noise map looks even better for Thunder now. :D It'll have even more reach, and the extra power will make it even better. Hopefully the reload time isn't increased too much. . . . Otherwise Thunder-paint users will benefit. . . And we all know how many Rustles and Emeralds exist out there. . . And Prodigi/Clay also pack decent protection from it. . . .
