^He's a bit psychic, harmless though...but still a psycho...friendly in that matter :) (hug)

Excellent job!

Also a good etiquette in game is if your team mate who went all the way to the enemy territory to take the flag and on his way to cap he gets killed, if I re-take the flag and while on my way to take it to cap the player who took it in 1st place comes for it, I hand it over to him because he deserves to get the full score for being the one who brought it all the way there from the enemy's zone. The only exception is, if the enemy is right behind you and there's no time for handing over the flag to who 1st took it, I cap it. Better to cap and have the score split between the 2 players than having the flag returned by the opponent.

Basing applications for being a consultant on maturity, not age.

One point that came to my mind is: yes, it's a plausible reason to judge people by their maturity which can differ from age to age (be it older or younger) instead of their age. But now think of this, let's say if a 14 or 15 year old, who indeed are quite mature and behave like a grown up, would get a Mod position in staff...what if players get to know his/her age and on occasion of them correcting a player who's either ignorant of the rules and it's violating them or already knows the rules, if that player is let's say in his 20s or 30s and he knows the Mod helping/correcting him is underage....it could lead to some insulting or offensive behavior towards the Mod like "Who do you think you are? I'm older than you and you are much younger than me and I'm more mature than you blah blah blah...(possibly leading to some inappropriate language, etc)".... That could be an unpleasant situation for both parties and raise a lot of commotion in chat or forum. IMO -
Forum Mod, way to many comments above that aren't following the subject of this topic.^

I don't have one...I have quite a few because I'm always rotating combos depending on the battle and map. So the following are my favorite combos and pretty much the only ones I use: rail+hornet, rail+mammoth, shaft+mammoth, and smoky+mammoth.
-
It is an interesting idea. But, yes, it does have some downsides to it like the ones loktinho and Mister_G mentioned ^
-
Your rank is 1st Lieutenent. M1 smoky is pretty good as it is. At M2 it just gets better and even better at M3.

Now this is what I call an example of a player who stays cool and keeps his wits together in face of disturbing/annoying situations. And to all of you who get mad at the "campers", shaft is a gun made for camping and waiting. You want to stay far away of your targets and not close to them and running around, otherwise you're like a harmless duckling who's an easy prey to kill. I never got any high score by driving around with shaft, but I always do when I camp at my sniping spot and patiently wait for the target to come to me. Keep that positive attitude, ArmourGeddon, and you'll go far ;) (thumbs up)

Now try this: on Polygon DM I saw this tank passing by through an opening between 2 buildings. Since I knew he would come out from behind the building on the right I waited the exact amount of time, activated my rail even before he came out of cover, and by the time he had just come out at the same time my rail fired at him. That's what predicting and knowing the exact time to fire entails :D

Knock knock! Who's there? Horton Hierza. Horton Hierza who? (facepalm......walks away)

Never a good choice to use rail with wasp. Why? Because rail's firepower is very strong and wasp being a very light hull, it's not stable to absorb that power. If you fire rail facing wasp sideways, it can jolt you back to the point of flipping you. Even hornet is affected by it but not as much. But if you get fired at at the same time you fire, you flip too.

I know that's what you meant and what I said was exactly what I meant about what you meant...capiche? ;)

Not fair then...your shield is bigger than mine (ultimate jealousy   )
-
If you're talking about Semyon and Irontank1v's avatars, Semyon's bigger because he's Community Manager. Irontank1v's is the same size as mine. The only difference is his shield is bigger than mine. (Candidates have smaller shields (me). When you become a full Mod, like Irontank1v, your shield gets bigger.)

Either you're a Canadian dictator or a Canada fan...or simply you like Canadian rules :P
-
I don't need to see him. All I need is to know he IS behind the tank in front of me and my skill kicks in B)
-
Yes, as annoying as it sounds, gold box drops randomly without concern of timing. So it's just something you've gotta deal with. There are plenty more in other battles ;)

Since this related topic is the most recent, I'll post mine here. JCar: J for my first name, Josh, and Car, short version for my last name, Carneiro (meaning "ram" in Portuguese). Plain and simple ;)
-
I know right? But I still manage to steal their kills through simply firing at the opponent through them ^_^
-
I find intriguing that tunnel on blue side in Silence. You just camp there without the worries of being assaulted from behind or the sides, and you can get to kill any opponent who peeks or drives up the ramp. I get the best score in Silence in that spot...especially when my tank is high on DA and DP (illegal drugs aka battle supplies) :P
-
Well, the best preferably is to have a few specific sniping spots. I usually stick to one where I can cover an area where tanks have no choice of not crossing through (for example: spawning areas, and areas where if tanks don't traffic through it they're, so to speak, limited to a corner of the map and can't really accomplish much in battle.) So in both instances, it's guaranteed I'll have tanks evading my cross-hair at all times :D
-
For a Generalissimo, with an M3 combo (yay husto!) it's common to get good D/L. Don't blame the drugs "across the board" ;)

Who you're saying flood to? If you notice, my posts are not in sequence and much less posted on the same date. I'm a chat MOD (candidate atm) and I'm pretty sure I know better what flooding entails than you do. So please think before you point your finger at anyone. Thanks.
