Skill is needed in using ALL guns including shaft. About shaft skills, refer to them in an earlier post I made on this topic. There's no "scope reach". Shaft's fire range is limitless in all maps. Any large map like Serpuhov is a good serving not only for shaft but rail too.

There isn't a specific time. We'll join a battle either by request of a player who wants us to testify a violation happening in battle or simply joining for fun to participate in it.

Shaft for the newbies can be hard to wield if they play against more experienced players. Look to play against players in the same rank or lower so you can get adjusted to it. Once you know how to use it "like the palm of your hands" it gets easier. I'm an example of it. When as a noob after buying it M0, I didn't even knew it had the scope/zoom mode. I'd simply fire it without scope and never understand how the other shaft players could kill me faster with less shots than me shooting them countless times. Luckily, one day when pressing "space" I unintentionally held it a bit too long before releasing it and I had a quick glance of the scope on the screen. Since then I trained myself in its use and became an annoying deadly sniper to many that crossed my cross-hair :lol:
