Over the past two days we have received a number of complaints from players experiencing poor game performance, such as lag, low FPS, and frozen images. We have analyzed the situation and have come to the conclusion that the problem is mostly related to using Google Chrome. Although we cannot influence the developers of the Google Chrome, we will do our best to solve the problem on our own. Tip #1: Use full-screen mode. There is a built-in function in the game, which allows you to play in full-screen more and successfully solve the issue of poor game performance. Press F11 to activate full-screen mode, and then click “Allow” at the top of the screen. Press F11 once again to exit it. Please note that for MacOS, the hotkey is Alt+Fn+F11. THE GAME has come to an end! Time to name the winners! The first place was claimed by KomZorg. He has beaten all other tankers by getting 271 points. His prize is 1000 of each supply, and a fully upgraded combination of turret, hull and paint maxed out for his current rank. The top 100 bracket is closed by a player with 102 points. He, and all those with more points, receive 500 of each supply. Tankers who got between 26 and 101 points receive 100 of each supply. Those who completed the quest with 25 points will be rewarded with 50 of each supply. Supplies will be credited on June 10. THE GAME is officially over. We really hope you enjoyed it. For this, you will only have one try per day, so make sure you enter the correct word. To successfully complete THE GAME, you must enter all 5 of the correct words. If you entered a wrong word in one of the days, you will have as many tries as you wish during the last day to fix it. Results will be summed up according to the number of points players get. Here’s how it will work: Entering a keyword beforehand gives more points. The first player to enter the word for the day will get 100 points. The second will receive 99 points, third — 98, etc. The 90th player and anyone after that will get 10 points. Entering a keyword on the last day gives a fixed number of points — 5 per word. The maximum number of points possible is 500. The minimum is 25. Prizes The player with the most points will get 1000 of each supply and a tank (any turret+hull+paint) fully upgraded to the winner’s rank. The next 99 winners will get 500 of each supply. Tankers with a minimum of 26 points, but who don’t make it to the top 100, will receive 100 of each supply. Remaining players who complete the game will be rewarded with 50 of each supply. IMPORTANT! Quite a lot of guys at Alternativa are real fans of cycling. On a warm day around 10 of them commute to work by bike. Of course Tanki Online team couldn't miss the annual cyclists' meeting in Perm that took place on May 18. Here are some pics from there. Hello, tankers! In one of our upcoming updates, we will be making a number of changes to the majority of the maps in the game. As you may have seen in one of our recent videos, CP mode will soon be supported by all maps in the game, except for Ping-Pong, Duel and Hill. The update will significantly change the mechanics of this mode. Team members will be respawning at their bases rather than at captured points. Essentially, CP will be much more balanced and tactical. Underneath the spoiler below, you can see the CP schematics for some ot the most popular maps. The CP version for Madness will be even more exciting as it will combine the current mechanics with the upcoming one. Tanks will be respawning at team bases, but capturing any of 3 points located at the upper level of the map will grant your team additional respawn points located close to the captured points. Check out the pic under the spoiler for a visual explanation. Additionally, a number of maps will undergo visual changes, making for more immersive gameplay. Open the spoiler below for more pics. Finally, it has been decided to remove 3 maps, which are Deck-9, Magadan and Canyon. These maps are hardly ever used, and we prefer to concentrate our resources on perfecting the remaining arenas. Of course we know how much you love the ramp in Canyon. Don’t worry! We will be moving it to 2042 so that you can keep enjoying it! We are already preparing for an open testing, so you should be able to explore all of these changes in few days. Stay tuned!
