Hello! Most of you are aware of the new physics model for hulls, why it is being prepared and how it will feel. Many of you even took part in the open testing. We were intending to release the update in the second half of September. However, during the testing we detected certain technical difficulties and realized that the new model of tanks' movement needs some modifications in the physics engine code. Now our programmers are fixing it. At the same time our game designers are tweaking tanks' parameters according to the feedback provided by players during the testing. In short, every hull will feel better and more interesting, and it will happen quite soon. Together with the new physics, some changes will be made to parameters of certain turrets. Actually, it is just a first step to further changes in balance of the game. Soon we'll tell you about these changes more. Now about another thing we are all aware of - micro-upgrades. They are ready but we can't release them without adding the new physics first. The reason is simple, parameters of all the hulls and several turrets will be changed. Micro-upgrades will be adjusted according to these changes. This is an ideal sequence of actions. By the way, together with MUs we'll add a visual effect of ranking up, so everyone in the battle will see when you get your next rank. So, here's the plan - first we release the new physics, and then in about a week MUs (and the rank up effect) are added to the game as well. We are planning to do all of these things in October. Of course the date may change but we are doing our best to make it happen as it is planned. In short, soon we will all be driving extremely nimble Wasps and super powerful Titans!

In update 186 we are adding more "product kits" for all ranks! A kit is several goods combined into one. Together, they cost half the price of the same goods bought separately. Moreover, some items from kits may not be available at your rank, but you can already buy them as a part of a kit. Finally, buying a kit you can get a weapon or a hull without having to purchase all its previous modifications first. For example if you have never bought Thunder before, you can purchase a "Medium Tank M2" kit and get an M2 Thunder right away. In addition to 4 existing kits we've added 9 new ones, three for each grade. Every kit includes a hull, a turret, three protection paints and a set of supplies. Each kit is available in a certain range of ranks which means that it becomes available from a certain rank and get removed from the shop once a player achieved a specific rank. We've also added another kit for those who love to stock up on supplies at a bargain price. Buying it you get 1000 of each supply at a 70% discount. Dear players! For your convenience we are happy to announce that from now on all the crystals in Tanki Online will be sold at a fixed price of $1 for 1430 crystals. It means that prices will be constant and won’t fluctuate according to rates of world currencies like they did in the past. Moreover, the cost of crystals won’t change from one payment system to another. You no longer need to look for the cheapest way to get crystals, simply choose the one that is convenient for you personally. The only exclusions are SMS and mobile payments where crystals are still more expensive. Earlier, the price of crystals fluctuated for two reasons. Firstly, its rate used to depend on Russian ruble. The rules have been changed. 2.12 - A player can change clan only during the period of the transfer window, from the 1st to the 5th of every month. 2.13 - To change clan firstly you need to leave the current one. In order to do this, you have to publicly declare it in your clan topic. Then your ex-clan has to confirm that you have left during the next transfer window (or during the current one, if you announced that you are leaving while there was an open window). 2.14 - Right after the confirmation from your ex-clan, you can join another clan. To do this it's necessary to post an official message in your new clan's topic saying that you are joining it. If everything was done correctly and your nickname appeared in the registrations topic, you will be able to play for your new clan starting from the 6th of this month. 2.15 - If a player has left the clan to play in non-clan tournaments, he can't return to his clan or join any other clan for the next 3 months. If a player has been seen taking part in any non-clan cybersport event (announced that he's joining a team, created new team/tandem/clan, etc.) it's automatically assumed that he left clan section. It means that the 3 months rules comes into force for him. In a tandem one player should use a medium hull (Hunter or Viking), other one should use a light hull (Wasp or Hornet). As for turrets, it's Railgun or Thunder for one of them and Twins or Ricochet for another one.
