Hazel-Rah is one of the best Shaft players, he simply wouldn't allow it to become weak. Just wait till you try it out, perhaps the strategy you use when playing with Shaft will change, but overall it will get stronger.

Dear players. We thank you for providing the necessary feedback. This topis is closed for now as we need time to implement many of earlier mentioned ideas. On our side, we'd like to tell that staff does its best to improve the quality of their work, both by using your feedback and thanks to work of admins. This concerns all the staff groups. Many things have already been implemented, admins further develop and add new guidelines for their groups to make the work as efficient as possible. We've done a lot and a lot remains to be done in the future. If you ever get unfair bans or see topics closed without explanation, just send a link to one of the admins, depending on what issue you want to report. If you are not satisfied with the admin's response, contact a community manager. Our goal is to minimize these cases. As I said many times, staff are people that dedicate their time and energy to helping this game without getting paid, they are volunteers that help you every day. For that I respect them and hope that you do as well.

The fact that your opinion matters doesn't mean that each thing you suggest will be implemented. Otherwise we would be just implementing all the ideas we get, that are contradicting some times. Have ideas - feel free to post them on Feedback site or in a special thread called Ideas and Suggestions. Whether your idea will be implemented or not will depend on many factors.

The special offer will be valid from 1 am (UTC+0) on Thursday, October 31, to 1 am (UTC+0) on Monday, November 4. All the other holiday things will stay in the game for that period as well. Unfortunately, the pomised updates will be added to the game later than expected. The new physics take more time to finish due to problems with the collision model. As for micro-upgrades, they are being totally reworked based on many things, inclusing players' feedback. All of it will take more time, but you will like the final result, guys.
