yes agreed - I use that combo sometimes but still find it at a disadvantage unless its long range .

^ Reload is an issue if you stay put - your a sitting duck - I can approach a shaft easily between shots and kill 'em, I would agree that it needs some faster lateral movement in sniper mode because you cannot keep up with the slowest tank in the game.

I find it Rico these days since update ... I have just used an M1 Firebird against opo team mainly using M2 Railgunl - they did not stand a chance and I was not using any supplies. I can see why Firebird is disliked. Freeze is a pain if its going around you.
