Can you tell us how many cry you have? That would help. Anyways, I don't really suggest you getting any more M2s. If M2 Shaft is your main gun you can go for M3 Shaft when you rank. Although using Shaft isn't reliable for earning XP (e.g. It's better to have a main weapon, such as Smoky, and then Shaft on the side when you are bored), if you're skilled with it and you enjoy using Shaft then go for M3. After that, you could go for M3 Hornet or M3 Vik.

You have M3 Smoky/M3 Vik so you are fine. You also have M2 Fire which is still usable at your rank. Your paints are fine, but I am wondering why you have 3 close range paints ...

Well he does have M4 Shaft so... (76 arcade damage) Why not save for a paint too? You got one M3 paint (Emerald), which isn't bad but another paint will give you more options. Anyways, if you play 99% Poly CP, Fire and Isida are both good options. But since you'll still have to rank to Commander after you rank to Field for Fire, I would go for Isida and Taiga now. It'll be 68K for you to MU M1 Hornet to M2. M2 Hornet is like 70K. Just save for M2 Hornet. ~ Question - Is Lumberjack worth the price? I've heard that it's too expensive and it's not worth the price unless you MU it

Viking or Inferno. If you get Freeze you'll be using Freeze/Hornet. In the maps you mentioned Freeze/Viking is better. Viking will suit your Thunder well. Getting Inferno isn't a bad choice either as you'll be getting a short range paint. But between Vik and Inferno I suggest Vik.

Why not just wait for sales? You're not desperate for more M3s (e.g. if you didn't have any M3s at all). Or wait for a personal discount but it isn't really worth it to go for anything even at 10%. Btw, question for you: How's Vulcan M3 in Poly CP and with Titan (in general)?

I have M3 Twins Thunder Smoky Titan. I'll have like 114K after I rank to Field. Should I go for MU on Twins or Vik M3? My twins is 15/50 currently and if I spend the 114K I can get + 0.5 damage... (Twins will be like 20/50 then) Edit: I play lots of Poly CP but since Titan is my only M3 hull I am pretty much confined to it. If I get Vik I'll be able to play other maps, but I will still be playing a heavy amount of Poly CP (where Twins/Titan is king)
