Cardinal. I bought Guardian and I... thought it was ok, but I love Twins/Titan. If you play Poly CP, get Cardinal, although Picasso isn't really made for Poly CP.

First - no, you are not annoying me :D Second of all, Smoky/Mammoth is more of a Poly DM combo. But things have changed, and Poly DM is not that common anymore at your rank. If you would like to save up for one of your mentioned weapons (Thunder, Twins), your best bet would be to pair it with a heavy hull and play Poly CP. Other than that, if you seem to get more points with Huntsman combo, then just use Smoky/Hornet. It's ok if you don't use M2 Mammoth a lot, it's pretty slow anyways. But in general, I would just go for Rail M3.
