However, you can explain your situation to the Dev team via "help@tankionline.com", you should be given a corresponding answer as to why the refund isn't possible, or if possible, how lobg you'll have to wait for it. Might I add however, the purchasing system clearly states that refunds are not normal occurrences. Although you lawfully paid extra money, what you spend it on is specifically for the item during that period of time, meaning that changes to the item after payment won't affect them.

For me, Wasp bombs shouldn't get a radius increase, timing and perfecting your opponent's position is a useful skill set which also reduces the RNG aspect too. Damage drop-off could be a viable solution, the farther your tank is from the bomb drop location, the less damage you take. I don't think the dropoff should be too dramatic, not enough for light hulls to escape but maybe, just enough for medium hulls to evade with a sliver of health.

Valid The impact force itself is misused in the case you have described above, but removing the feature entirely is not a balanced way to deal with feature abuse. Removing the impact force would result in irregularities during heated battles, such as the complete impossibility to quickly unflip teammates when they are on reload, and it would also remove the punishment for human error; accidentally hitting your teammate has no consequence anymore. Controlling your turret fire is a skill, and making sure that it doesn't hit teammates would have no purpose if this was implimented, not to mention the downsides this would have for the vastly growing parkour community. Maybe we could bear with something like a partial decrease in knockback to teammates, but even then this requires too much.

Personally, I think this is the first step forward towards currency balancing. It is also a good marketing strategy for the devs and they deserve my respect and admiration for not draining the community blood dry, and instead following a mutually beneficial approach. With my respect however, I wish they had done this way earlier when shop items and containers devalued pretty much everything that post-change tankers considered a rare find. But then again, business economics isn't my specialty, hence me no lifing in TO so I guess there's a lot more which I haven't been able to consider.

Hello, the Game licensing agreement (the EULA) clearly states that all names used for any type of gear are never intended as offensive or to provoke people belonging to a certain race or religion. If the paint name, or the name of the upcoming hull bothers you, the best solution is to ignore it and accept the fact that garage equipment and paint names will not be changed based on minority opinion or discomfort. The browser version is currently not upto date due to the flash version being abandoned, if you want to play the game on Chrome or any other browser, you'll have to wait for the new versions to be released. I personally wouldn't recommend using the browser version. Hello. The recent updates have caused irregularities especially on older PC versions, here's how you can try to solve them. If you're using chrome, try clearing the browser's cache memory, you can simply google the instructions and it's not all that difficult to do. However, since Tanki has decided to move from the flash version, you'll be facing alot of problems while using Chrome as mentioned in this announcement topic, so I advise not using it.
