Personally I feel that the clan formatting bug isn't a high priority fix, but I would be happy to see it implemented whenever an ample amount of time can be spared for it(there are a lot more pressing issues Tanki could and should attend to).

Adding to that, the EN community has been around for some 8 years and has gathered the crux of nearly all non-russian tankers. Merging the BR community with a major one would, put simply, destroy the only reason it was created for in the first place; language barriers. EN can still thrive and survive within any other community since we have a vast plethora of players, but the Brazilians don't have this liberty available to them.

Not exactly. Their CMs are entitled with the difficult task of managing a nearly dead community(nothing against them, but that's the truth), and getting new players in is incredibly difficult. Thus, they have to resort to marketing strategies such as events like these which you won't find on other communities because they are already thriving. It's not just about power, it's about distributing it where necessary.

I never denied the fact that this answer was not satisfactory. What I'm trying to explain is that there's a way of putting people off. Publicly calling them names and considering them as "wannabe admins" is far from constructive. I have nothing against criticism, but if people don't understand how to offer it, the actual message will be thrashed on the sidewalk and the harsh tone is the only thing the said person will remember. Yes, it is our responsibility as helpers, and more specifically as forum moderators to guide you and offer whatever valid information we have to assist you, but it is nearly impossible for us to check into every detail and provide responses. If anything gets missed or unanswered, we rely on you to bring up your issue to us in a PC manner so that we can actually look into it without having to deal with quarrels and distrust. Its not a matter of what, it's a matter of how. First off, administrators are extremely responsible and pre-occupied people and they won't necessarily answer your questions more openly than moderators will, they intervene only when necessary since their word is Tanki Gospel. Secondly, you can never blame someone for trying to be helpful. Granted he/she isn't helping, but it doesn't give you liberty to publicly ridicule his courtesy. What we as moderators love, and strive to achieve is a player run world where everyone is responsible. Enough for us to become obsolete and no longer required. If someone gives you an unsatisfactory answer, simply dismiss them or tell them to withhold judgement instead of pointing them out. Thirdly, regarding your complaint about the kit system, only the WO ranks are facing this problem. I will forward it to my administrator and she'll deal with the communication process accordingly.

Essentially it should not, considering that the afterburn damage and freezing effect in Firebird and Freeze depend not on range, but on exposure(i.e, it doesn't matter if the freeze is hitting you from 5 meters or 6 meters, what matters is how much concentration of it is reaching the tank). Since a Smoky shot and a Vulcan barrage lands on a tank at both close and long ranges, the afterburn and freeze effects should still remain the same. I'll check with people who have these alts and edit this post with a valid response.

Hello, the Sell option has been suggested many times before and, as always is rejected due to the fact that it completely devalues game economy(as mentioned above) and is also an escape goat for anyone who just wants to buy something with something that he or she regrets purchasing. It would lead to massive selling and would potentially create a game where people roam around with M4 combinations from sold paints and garage items. The maximum number of mines you can keep during the game will remain the same, whether you've just respawned or are in the middle of battle. If you try to place a mine after respawning and you already have surviving mines from your previous destruction, an old mine will instantly disappear to balance out the new mine placed.

Hello, if Tech Support has given you a negative response, it is highly unlikely that your crystals will be refunded. You could try again with more detail which you may have failed to mention before, but I doubt that will be useful. In the meantime, try and modify your account and email by linking them with more stronger passwords which are harder to guess, and make sure to keep your account secure both on the web and in real life, compromising your credit card or account details could instantly lead to even more problems. As for the logs, a different IP address is never conclusive evidence for a refund, since it includes a huge number of plausible scenarios. Topic Closed.
