Unfortunately, the people you spoke with in the chat lobby were incorrect. To chat with either those on your team or all of those participating in the battle, you simply have to; 1. Open the chat window by pressing, "Enter" 2. Press, "Tab" to alternate between the team chat and game chat. Ah, ok. that's great, now I see your logic. But, for the sake of my antics, perhaps in the future make clear what you are trying to say, so as to not leave the already confused player, more so confused. :)

Unfortunately, depending on the scenario, your suggestion may be redundant. If he no longer has access to his account then there will be no way for him to connect an e-mail with his account. But, he would not have an issue if he had access to his account, as he could just go into settings and change the password, hence locking out the hacker. So the fact that this player has come here for help would imply that he no longer has access to the account. Now everything comes down to how much you value your account. If your account means an awful lot to you, then you must get an e-mail account. In order to recover your account (once you have acquired an e-mail) go to this topic and follow the instructions: Account Recovery.

Is the issue specific to Macs and/or the Mac you use in specific? How long have you had this issue? Has this always occurred on the Mac you are using?

A valid point, but I suspect it is something different, view below. When you load into a battle, not only is your tank being loaded, but a number of controls that the server reads and communicates back to your account. When these controls load, sometimes, a few controls just get dropped off, and do not end up loading. So I would concur with others that the ultimate solution is to reload/refresh the Tanki Online web page, but I thought it might make more sense to you if you understood the mechanics behind your issue.

Actually, this is wrong. Gold Boxes have a 1/7000 chance of falling. So imagine that every time a normal crystal box falls that a wheel of fortune is spun, and on that wheel there are 7000 places it could land. If it lands on the one lucky spot out of 7000 spots, a Gold Box notification will come up. In the future, please post in: Problems and Solutions Closed.

Yes, the video should show as clearly as possible the mult, and you must at least once hold down the, "tab" button for a few seconds so as to show the participants in the battle.

Sorry, but you did not clearly state your issue, which makes it somewhat hard to aid you. If you happen to be saying, "My teammates are multing by shooting me with their Shafts for absolutely no reason" then you must record at least five minutes of video, but no more than twenty minutes as evidence.
