Ya, you see, I'm the ruler of Jupiter, and Kev is one of my subjects. He was in solitary confinement on the moon for a little while, but recently got let off early with parole. Now I keep an eye on him, which is somewhat relaxed considering his days in solitary were watched over carefully by El Hamster.

This change did no occur due to hackers at all. This change occurred because the other turrets did indeed need a boost, and Railgun was clearly becoming far too popular, meaning the dynamic action of battles was going down. The developers are always working on making tweaks and adjustments that actually do make the game a better place. In the future, you ought to post such topics here: General. Closed.
