Hunter's OD has received changes as per the Patch Update #594. If you'd like to continue this discussion, you can do so in either of the two topics: Let's discuss Hunter! Let's Discuss Overdrives Thread closed.

That occurred due to an unfortunate bug we've been having. Don't worry, however, as all of the data from your original Forum account hasn't been lost and is waiting for you. To merge both of your duplicate accounts into a single one (the exact same one you've had prior to the Forum upgrade), please send a PM to @Maf and he'll resolve it for you.

To leave a battle group in the HTML5 version of the game, simply left-click on your nickname at the very top-left side of the game's interface and select the 'Leave group' option from the drop-down menu:

Both the Deathmatch (DM) [matchmaking only] and Juggernaut (JGR) modes have been removed from the game, and JGR has been replaced with Team Juggernaut (TJR). Both of the removed game modes may still reappear during special occasions and major events for a limited amount of time.

Hey! After a certain period of inactivity — depending on the player's rank and whether or not they've made an in-game Shop purchase (which automatically protects the account's nickname from re-registration for an additional minimum period of 3 years following the date of the last purchase (regardless of the player's rank)) — an account's nickname may become re-available for registration again. This system has been put in place in order to free-up nicknames of inactive accounts for other active players to be able to use. Important: Do note that after an inactive account has its nickname taken by someone else, it will NOT be lost (or have any of its data related to it prior to the period of inactivity changed) or assigned to a new player, but merely receive a new nickname with the prefix 'r_' in front of it — so if an account was for example named 'Tanker', it'll have its nickname automatically changed by the system to either 'r_Tanker' or 'r_Tanker0', in case 'r_Tanker' has already been taken. If your account's nickname has been changed due to inactivity (meaning that someone else has re-registered it), you can choose a new nickname for your account (free of cost) by contacting the Tech Support via this form. Before choosing a new nickname for your account, make sure to check its availability. Additionally, you can learn more about nicknames and the system surrounding them in more detail on their official Wiki page.

The topic's ownership has been changed [xMarkus → Roughly] upon its owner's request. @xMarkus In the future just kindly send me a PM so that I'm notified of your request and we'll sort it from there.

As @Galdar has already mentioned above, ranking up (in addition to daily Premium rewards and other festivity-related special missions) has now become a permanent special in-game mission — 'Rank Up'. Each time you'll rank up now, you'll have to manually claim the reward for it in the 'Special' tab of the missions section of the game, as it's no longer being claimed automatically. Do note that the special missions can only be accessed in the HTML5 version of the game (either on the browser or official HTML5 client), so you'll have to head over there in case you're not playing there already.

Answered. In case somebody already owns all of the skins from the XT series, they'll either get 20 000 crystals (if the XT container has been obtained from a monthly challenge) or 500 000 crystals (if the XT container has been obtained from a Shop bundle) as a compensation.

We've already got a similar related thread going on. Please continue the discussion there if you wish to.

Thread merged. @MRHELP Has your problem been resolved after following the recommendations of the Tech Support?

Problem solved.

@Tankist_Ali You already have an (active) existing videomaker thread that I've recently reopened as per your request here, so post your new videos there and maintain it as your one and only videomaker thread. It had already occurred multiple times in the past that we've had to merge your duplicate topics, so kindly do not repeat it again. Thread closed.

Admit it, for yourself! Tanki works just as the world works. And the world's not as nice as it is in the cartoons.

@B-E-T-E-L-G-E-U-S-E I gave you a clear explanation as to your situation and that's all that's necessary. Since everything has been explained in regards to this matter, I'm hereby closing this thread. -

Game violation reports are meant to be submitted (and dealt with by the specially trained Battle Moderators group) in the dedicated Game Violation Reports section on the RU Forum — not sent to the Tech Support, as it's not their primary job but that of the Battle Mods (which is obviously the reason why we have these guys). The reason why a moderator might not have been able to join your battle is: a) you and your teammate haven't submitted the vote together quickly enough (which would be the minimum requirement (15% of total battle participants) for the battle to become highlighted for the moderators), or b) moderators have been occupied with moderating the previously-reported battles, as there's simply just many of them and they cannot be present at two or more places at the same time. Each case is dealt with on an individual basis. Just because your unapproved report might have already been checked but not answered doesn't mean that it's being ignored or anything else in that matter. To fully process all of the pending reports ("behind the scenes" if you will) takes time. I've checked the RU Game Violation Reports section and the last approved report is from Monday, meaning that all of the current pending reports will be officially answered and approved soon. All that's required of you is patience (and preferably some kindness, too :)). Not in regards to this very case but overall, I'd also like to stress that sabotage is when a player deliberately plays in a way that obstructs their team at the benefit of the opponent. As long as a player objectively uses the best (or close to) equipment available at their disposal and plays to the best of their ability, that is not sabotage, although stronger members of the team may sometimes find it as an inconvenience in the heat of the battle — however as already mentioned, it's not to be mistaken with actual sabotage. -
