The Tech Support has their own valid reasons. The most you can do is attempt re-filling in the form, only this time providing better and more detailed information. In the future I would strongly advise you against the use of VPNs, due to such delicate and legitimate issues that may consequently arise due to their very nature, or at least to properly consult with the Tech Support beforehand (especially considering you've mentioned that you've already had the exact same issue in the past) to discuss the available options and thus avoid any possible future inconveniences. It's important to know that it's really not the game at fault here.

Hi. The self-destruction key can in fact be changed to a custom one, though only in the Control Settings of the HTML5 version of the game (either on the browser or the official HTML5 client [download link for Mac users]).
