IF you don't have bluetooth on your computer, you'll need to buy USB Bluetooth adapter.

I agree on "farming kills during the 20 second OD", but: what's next? and what's before that OD activation? That's why you see sometimes an XP player in MM that has a negative KDR and not capturing flags/points (no objectives in general) etc...

So I'm not sure if this has been asked here or no, the "Miner" drone has two other bonuses other than allowing some mines to survive after the owner's death, but it isn't mentioned in the wiki. Is it on purpose (in-game visual bug) or...? From the in-game: From the wiki:

Have you tried to clear your browser's cache? If so (and still didn't work), please follow these instructions for the TO client: Uninstall the game client. Go to: %APPDATA%/..../Roaming/TankiOnline Delete "Local Store" folder. Re-install the game client.

I upgraded my windows 7 to 10 without paying* ; just used the tool provided by Microsoft. You can look for it (but make sure you don't fall for fake links, only go to the official Microsoft website). Although if you decide to get Linux instead, I think (not entirely sure since i'm not a Linux user) as stated here, it should work. *: you have to make sure you have your windows 7 activated*

In Clan system (Tanki wiki), you can see that if you hold the position of "Novice", even tho you're considered as part of an in-game clan, you won't benefit from that feature. P.S: If that's not the case and you believe it's a bug, please do explain more about it but in here instead.

I basically just tried to get into the middle one thanks to a friend, i'm sure other people already done that; but i get your point (i assume) which is the other islands and not the middle one but based on that (imo), I suppose it's possible to get to the other islands without getting self-destructed, and I'm quite certain this will be proved by the pro parkourists soon enough ^^
