Your browser is probably updating it's self. What I mean is that it might got some new updates and the updates interfered with the Flash Player.

Can you please give me a screen shot of your "Options" button? The one near the red "X". Also try un-checking "Automatic graphics quality" and then enabling all the options that appear. Edit: Also see this topic: "Options" button.

Please give more details and a screen shot, we can't identify what is the problem by just saying "crazy".

Did you reload the page? You might have lagged for a second and the lag might have glitched your Smoky. It once happened to me, just reload and it should fix the problem.

In what method you used to buy? When did you buy? Sometimes it can take up to a day for the crystals to get to you, even longer if by SMS, so please be patience.
