Buyers are keeping this game alive. Moreover, have you seen what other online games have? They give SOOO MANY real advantages for buyers, Tanki is simply a billion times better. I had the paint Helper for quite a few months. It has 18% against everything, and I gotta say, it's nothing :P Not that I don't like it or that I don't want the paint, but I am just saying, 18% (3% more than Premium paint) is basically nothing. It doesn't help much against higher tiers. But maybe it's a bit of an advantage at very low ranks (Warrant Officer 1 or less). So that's not a big advantage generally :) I already explained the earning thing. Hope this clears out things. Tanki is a company, and a company needs money to prosper. And by these little things they gather money to continue providing awesome features and most importantly, keeping the game running :)

I am not saying ban, I never even mentioned it. My idea was more strict rules, and as Fen mentioned, to raise awareness about them and to spread them and tell those players what to and what not to post. That way we have more civilized conversations and topics. Yes, this is a game's forum, but what does that change? It's a FORUM, it's a place for discussion to take hold, if one's post doesn't contributes to the discussion then it can't stay, it will only become an annoyance and would make it harder for people who wish to take part to find the topic they want to discuss, since it would be so far gone off-topic that it wouldn't still be the same original post.

I am guessing you didn't read it all, so here is the part that concerns that: I completely agree with Fin. What I've been witnessing on this forum the past year (almost a year) in regard of good discussion and civilized conversations has been decreasing ever since I left forum moderating. It might be perhaps moderators have been going easy on such useless posts mainly due to what players call censorship or suppressing their opinions, just like what happened yesterday with @hhgb. Which lead players thinking it's fine to continuously spam useless replies and topics. I believe having more strict rules concerning flood or spam posts is one way to solve this issue. I know many players would object about this saying that the rules are strict enough as they are, but I disagree. Our rules are very 'free' when it comes to posts that are morally correct and do not represent hate, discrimination and other immoral qualities. What I mean, if your post falls under the society norm, the other aspects of your post (such as usefulness or how it contributes to the original discussion) are not very strict. But perhaps what Hhgb said about our current set of rules regarding what is considered flood/spam/irrelevant being vague and misunderstood has some truth in it. Maybe if we clearly define what is and what is not these things it would stop players from doing so, and help moderators hide more posts that are flood or spam.

I said constructive criticism because that is the kind that leads to progress. Someone making a topic saying how unfairly they were banned or how the moderator team is flawed or has weakened over time, that is 'destructive' criticism. Because it doesn't help the issue at all, he didn't state why the moderator team is flawed (WITH proof), nor did he suggest ways to improve it. And even if he did point such issues out, it should be done in PM, with the admin. And again, if there are too much of you, I am sure Damn will provide his skype for further communication.

Well, that's their business. Each forum has it's own set of rules based on the mentality of the creators. Tanki forum creators just want a more clean looking forum, that's all. No, really. It is a part of a moderators duty, but it's not limited to them. It's also a part of a moderator's duty to answer questions, but do you see anyone else stopping because they think they're impersonating a moderator? Some aspects of a moderator's work can be done by other people. These are just 2 examples. If you say so :P That's where you're wrong. Do you mind showing me exactly where and when such an incident has occurred? (Moderators silencing players for saying what they think about the forum, in a respected manner, with constructive criticism). And if you mean moderators actions, well, of course that is not allowed. That's allowed only in PM with the respective administrator. If there is a WHOLE bunch of you, I am more than certain Damn will provide his Skype to create a group to discuss it.

Oh you can't be serious. "But it has a point to say hi"? The forum moderator team rarely hands out warns for 1 topic only, usually it's only a verbal one in the closing post itself. There is no such flaw in the moderating system, your reasoning is flawed. (In case you don't remember, I was a forum moderator a while back, so I KNOW this is true.) What Gold said about the presumed actions of moderators in certain scenarios is pretty good, so I'll leave it that way. Telling someone they broke a rule isn't impersonating, it's giving out information. If someone posted a topic that broke the rules, either he didn't know he did, or that he did it on purpose. If he didn't know, they these players are giving him info that what he did was not acceptable. How do you call that impersonating? I am pretty sure the guy you deliberately didn't cover his name very well explained quite clearly what impersonating is and what it isn't. You speak about how your previous topic was closed unjustly, but then you come here with another topic full of accusations, rage and saying that you'll break rules and you expect them not to move/close your topics?
