I see. I understand that there are not enough mods for the vote command, But my point is they need to redesign the system for reporting players in battles. They should just go back to the old thumbs up and thumbs down thing.

People are calling it the physics update, But they physics are 100% the same. All thats been changed is they way your shots hit the enemy, Of course it's only with ranged turrets. Instead of either hitting the hull of your tank or missing, Shots can now hit the turret as well. This means you have to be careful the way you drive, especially in XP battles, as now impact force plays a major factor. If you don't already know, Auto Aim is what controls your shots after you've fired, basically the deciding factor as whether you hit or miss.

On the woT forum they said : "If you're sick of artillery go and play Tanki, just like people who hate tanki's graphics play WoT" Something like that anyway. I hope a moderator or developer sees this topic and helps you get your crystals back.

And a better community, and better customer support, and not all about having money to buy! + MAUS! To be totally honest the only reason I play tanki is because my pc can't play those games.

This is absolutely outrageous that this would happen. Regardless of how much you bought. I know how you feel about not getting proper help, It's extremely frustrating. You should be given compensation for this, Seriously, It's ridiculous. I'm really starting to lose faith in this game as well. The vote command in battles is useless, and help is pretty bad, just people competing to get the helper paint giving you the same links over and over again. Try and get this post as much publicity as possible, tanki staff won't want people knowing that there game outright robbed someone of 20$. I understand why more and more people are quitting this game to play War Thunder and WoT. Also another thing, whenever i buy crystals I convert the U.S dollars into GBP before purchasing, I do this on google. But guess what?, Tanki always takes another 35-40 pence for no reason. Thats might not sound like much, but think about how many people buy everyday.
