2016 Summer Olympics - Rio de Janerio

Im looking forward to tokyo to hopefully see Jden Cox win a gold in freestyle wrestling after getting a bronze this time. Im looking forward to see if there will be a new dominate american male swimmer. Im looking forward to Canada and Australia in basketball. I know nothing about the european basketball leagues, but I know Canada has a lot of players who play at US colleges and has had some high picks in the NBA draft(such as Wiggins and Tristan Thompson)so i think by 2020 they will be able to make a medal push. And if Ben Simmons turns out to be as good as his hype, then of Australia will be able to make a medal push. I would think the medals for basketball in Tokyo will bill USA gold, Australia Silver, and Canada Bronze. .

2016 Summer Olympics - Rio de Janerio

Most Tables are either done by gold or by total. I wish they would do it where it was a combination of total and gold, so golds counted more then silver, which counted more then bronze. Heres example. Lets say country A wins 30 golds, 5 silver, 6 bronze. and country B wins 14 Gold, 40 Silver, and 43 Bronze. If your just going by Golds, country A wins by a lot. But if your doing the method I wish they would use, then country B would win because they have more medals total. By this method also, GB would finish ahead of china because china's 1 extra gold isn't enough to counter GB's large advantage in Silver.

2016 Summer Olympics - Rio de Janerio

I don't know about you, but when ever i move into a new place, its finished. I don't go to a new hotel and see paint buckets on the floor. These people had years to get the buildings finished and they couldn't get it done before the athletes were even moving in. That's called bad planning. Many of the venues were finishing up right before the start. That's horrible planning to get everything ready right before the games start. And no, that's not it. Every olympics has issues Sochi had issues. Vancouver had issues. London had issues. Beijing had issues. But none of them had so many.

I thought you were talking about Serbian contribution for the Yugoslavian teams.

2016 Summer Olympics - Rio de Janerio

All those squads were after Yugoslavia was split up. Im looking at Yugoslavians who made the FIBA World Cup All-Tournament Team. I'm going to put their name, year, and what their modern nation would be. Croatia-4 Serbia-3 Slovenia-1 Bosnia and Herzegovina-1 Here are the players who made a FIBA EuroBasket All-Tournament Team Croatia-4 Serbia-2 Slovenia-1 Bosnia and Herzegovina-1 Montenegro-1 Here is the Yugoslavian roster for the 1970 FIBA World Championships Croatia-6 Serbia-5 Slovenia-2 So ya Serbia had a much bigger impact on the Yugoslavian teams then Montenegro and Slovenia but not Croatia. I didn't know that Serbia and Croatia were this good historically. I think all of the Russians should have been banned. It's not like the athletes were drugging on their own. Russian anti doping agencies were providing the drugs and helping cover up positive tests for the athletes. Even if some of the athletes hadn't cheated, the Russian federation should have been punished for helping and encouraging their athletes to cheat.
