hes lost more then once in his career hes getting older because thats how life works. If hes lost even .1 seconds of his normal time, it could mean defeat

even if he can race, hes older now and with a bad hamstring, its doubtful he'll win. All it takes is for him to be a tenth of a second slower and he can lose. He also isnt unbeatable. He's lost at the world championships. Brazil hosted the world cup 2 years ago, so they have even less of an excuse because all their construction should have been done by then. The olympic stadiums didn't need to be, but they are still trying to build roads and shops and have trash in all the water. The other cities that Rio beat out to win were Tokyo, Madrid, or Chicago. All of those would have done a better job of being ready.
