No. Vulcan'll need a heavy hull to survive. And with Shaft, you probably won't be moving much; so Mammy would be a better choice.

I have to disagree - Wasp is the hardest hull to master and takes a long time too. It's weak, but in the right hands, can be as deadly as a Mammoth/Twins on all 3.

Maybe Cardinal isn't, but Vandal is - for sure. Unless Hazel is reading this topic and is realizing that he hasn't released the kit in quite some time.

The new update makes Vulcan look like a real minigun.

Only Fire needs a nerf. Thunder, Vulcan and Freeze all need a buff. Smoky is fine but increasing the crit damage would be nice.
