Its powerful at m0 - m1 Normal at m2 (more than a few people have decent thunder prot at this time) At m3 you will find many people with thunder protections and the fact that most kits have thunder protection does not help the matter at all, also all legends would have 50% from thunder from Clay LGC and Emerald LGC, same problem with Railgun, there are always at least 4 people with 50% in EVERY battle. You will also start getting paired up with legends almost everytime if you reach field marshal and they are mostly 50% thunder It would be better to stick to other turrets after m2.

I would rather go to 2014, where light hulls were light hulls and heavy hulls were heavy hulls and every turret was balanced in its own way.

Thunder got a huge nerf.. I remember back in 2013 it used to be very OP with huge damage per shot and faster reload. Mammoth also got a big nerf it is worse in every way at the moment compared to titan. But one of the biggest nerfs happened to dictator, they cut of a Huge chunk of health and only gave 1 mps speed to compensate for it.

You are talking about such old times.. that was even before the rebalance of 2012... Shaft is balanced right now, just not OP, its arcade on its own is a very dangerous weapon.. With scope it can 1 shot or do severe damage to any tank.

9.50 is surprising speed for a medium hull! I remember when viking used to have 7 speed..

On a more positive note, Isida paired with Viking is awesome, Vikings speed is very useful in chasing down enemies for the kill, even if they are Light hulls, Isidas high DPS manages to finish even heavy hulls, the only people who are hard to kill are miners or twins/ricochets, smoky and thunder may be annoying at times but they are easier to kill. If you want more relaxing gameplay you can always exp farm in the base by healing or even defend flags which is very rewarding, mine around the flag and wait for enemies, kill them before they get to the flag, and if they do, chase them and kill them.

I think when something is taller it becomes less stable, the huge shape is a big disadvantage. All hulls get of top of each other, even titan but its pushing power is still the best, it can even push mammoths.. I think dictator used to slow by a big margin, they cut a HUGE chunk of its health and made it faster, so its clear the developers want Dictator to be a medium hull, Dictator is no longer a hybrid of medium and heavy hulls although it retained its weight, acceleration, power and stability (which are towards the heavier end) If you want a good medium hull Hunter would be a better choice because it is more versatile than dictator, some short range turrets have trouble aiming while equipped with dictator. But dictator is far from useless..
