    Correct, Now differentiate with fraction types: y = (5x^3 -7x -1) / x^2

Sorry for the late reply, Let's begin with differentiation then. I personally find differentiating a term in the form ax^n straightforward. Assuming n is a positive integer, differentiate y = 5x^4 + 7x^3 - 6x^2 + 3x -2. Rather than explaining everything in one sitting, I'd rather you do some of the work yourself and I'll guide you through the question. Although there are different methods to differentiate, so tracking which one you are using should be tough, I'm up for the challenge though. Differentiate y = 5x^4 + 7x^3 - 6x^2 + 3x -2

Calculus? from that branch all I took was differentiation and integration. Do you mean the rules of integration calculus?

If you know what differentiation is, then integration is pretty much the inverse method to differentiation. Do quote this message if you want me to explain integration using a problem.

Thank you kind sir! I'd be delighted to explain what I know about Quantum Physics (also known as Quantum Mechanics) It's the theory that explains a microscopic phenomenon, a study that dissects particles on a subatomic level. "Dissects" referring to that it explains everything about it. That's about all I know as of now, If I knew more I'd jot them down for you!

The speed of earth varies due to the elliptical orbit which also happens to change in time intervals (I don't know how many years exactly, but I know it changes). How does it accelerate at 9.8 m/s^2? Is this acceleration only affecting the earth? what about other planets and what about objects on earth? If the earth is flat, and lets imagine everything else is flat like the sun, how would you explain the sunset and the sunrise? You have to take into account both the altitude and the latitude. Gravity is diversified depending on the altitude, from what I've learnt gravity on the lowest place on earth which is the dead sea would be stronger than the highest place on earth which is Mount Everest between Nepal and China (and Tibet). Then latitude, where your mass stays the same wherever you are but your weight changes, you are said to weigh more if you are at the poles than within the tropics (or the equator). And if we have this "constant acceleration" why is there more acceleration at the poles than on the equator? This will go on and on, non-stop nonsense. The only way to falsify everything is by taking them all up to space, which requires money beyond wildest dreams... it's a game of make-believe, anymore questions?

The Earth is Round: 1.The eclipses of the moon were caused by the earth coming between the sun and the moon, the earth's shadow which was projected onto the moon was always round, in theory wouldn't that instantly prove that the earth is spherical? If it had been flat like a disk as some say, the shadow would have been elongated and elliptical, unless of course the eclipse had occurred at a time where the sun was directly under the center of the disk. But this isn't completely true as the path of the earth's orbit around the sun changes from an almost perfect circle to an ellipse. 2. If gravity doesn't exist, what makes things fall? what keeps me on the ground? If gravity is an effect, how does the moon stay in orbit, how do other planets orbit other stars. Gravity naturally pulls matter into a shape with equally distributed forces, therefore any shape in space will collapse into a ball shape because of *Gravity*. 3. Another reason which led me to believe that the earth is round and not flat is the Coriolis effect. The Coriolis Effect acts on objects due to their relative rotating frame, therefore the Earth must be a sphere rotating along its axis for the Coriolis effect to work. If science alone cannot answer this question then use math.

People who argue with flat-earthers? Just to be clear, are you saying that flat-earthers are far more convincing thus far? That I disagree on, but in a way pretending to be a flat-earther and refute the existence of gravity, enjoyable to an extent.

Well its questionable. Contingent upon the point, I find that having a debate improves one's skills and knowledge of the topic they are having a debate about. It also assists them with developing an urban and political personality. You said it yourself, "neither side has a strong conceptual framework". Well this is why people have debates in the first place, they start at the bottom, they work their way up by learning more from past experience (previous arguments). Once again, It depends on the topic. Despite that as of now we maintain oodles of proof that the earth is round and not level, we appear to require even more evidence because maths and science alone aren't looking auspicious (to flat-earthers). The importance of having a debate is irrefutable.

Boy, don't get me started! I joined a facebook group 2-3 months ago about the flat earth, where people constantly argue whether its flat or round. Its round of course, as the scientific mind knows. Duh. Anyhow, I wrote this 3 paragraph explanation to why I think the earth is round and not flat. Would you like me to post it? Its my own work and is not plagiarized
