and if they set time to e.x 13:00 . the vey east poin of the russia's time will be e.x 23:00 or more.

guys, it is totally right with P.I.G.G.I.E, because the time set is just totally for all the Russian people, since the Russia country is a very wide one that the very east point of it to the very west point of it is almost 12 hours or so.
