Yeah totally good with Viking. You can be decent in small and medium maps. Recoil effect nullified by its stability.An ordinary pairing with Titan. You need moderate speed so Viking+ is not really favorable. Also you need to back away once your clip is consumed and you can't really do that quickly with a heavy. Might be good for maps like Ping Pong or Noise. Haven't tried it though, its just a guess.
