The Tandem Parkour Montage #3 but uncut.
-
As announced, the following things happened yesterday, 7 December 2023: - The Parkour Rules became effective - The Parkour Club Rules, the Parkour Club Support, and the Requirements for Official Status were discontinued - The official status and the official parkour club paints were removed from all the official parkour clubs of the EN locale I did not remove all the supported parkour clubs from the Parkour Club Support yesterday, 7 December 2023, as announced, because it was decided that doing so is not needed as discontinuing the Parkour Club Support is enough to make all the supported parkour clubs no longer a supported parkour club or a part of the Parkour Club Support Also, because the Parkour Club Support was discontinued, I removed all the leaders of all the supported parkour clubs from the Parkour Club Support Discord server yesterday, 7 December 2023, and I removed the Parkour Club Spectator accounts from everyone today, 8 December 2023 The Parkour Club Support Program Application and the Official Parkour Club Program Application will be opened very soon, each of them will be opened on different dates, the dates will be announced in this forum topic To all former supported parkour clubs, thank you very much for being a part of the Parkour Club Support! And to all former official parkour clubs of the EN locale, thank you very much for being an official parkour club of the EN locale! ?

Thank you for your comment, but I would say it is far from "incredible bureaucracy". I'm not exactly sure why you hope that ChatGPT wrote it, ChatGPT didn't write it, I spent countless hours writing it (I think I should have made ChatGPT write it lol). Parkour may have been an unintended side effect of Tanki Online's mechanics, but it isn't now, past is past, things gotta change with time you know. Restructuring parkour like that isn't an absolute joke (please do more research to find out why), such rules should have existed for a long time now, it's a shame no one made such rules when Tanki parkour was at its peak

On 7 December 2023, because the Parkour Rules will become effective and the Parkour Club Rules and the Requirements for Official Status will be discontinued, I will remove the official status and the official parkour club paints from all the official parkour clubs of the EN locale. And on the same day, because the Parkour Rules will become effective and the Parkour Club Support will be discontinued, I will remove all the supported parkour clubs from the Parkour Club Support (supported parkour clubs are only in the EN locale) And please note that one reason why I decided to make the Parkour Rules effective only some time after it was published is so that I can see what everyone thinks about the Parkour Rules. Everyone can send their feedback, complaints, ideas, suggestions, questions, etc. about the Parkour Rules here, and I may update the Parkour Rules according to them if needed either before or after the Parkour Rules becomes effective
-
Hmm, I'm so sad to read this, is this because they decided to close the PL locale? If yes, then do know that PTT can continue to exist in this locale, the EN locale, and apply for the Parkour Club Support Program and the Official Parkour Club Program
-
Hello everyone! ? I'm very pleased to introduce the "Parkour Rules", the "Parkour Club Support Program", and the "Official Parkour Club Program" to you through this announcement. I just published the Parkour Rules and launched the Parkour Club Support Program and the Official Parkour Club Program! ? ? ? The Parkour Rules will become effective on 7 December 2023. The Parkour Rules, the Parkour Club Support Program, and the Official Parkour Club Program are made for all locales, but it was decided to currently only implement them in our locale, the EN locale, and implement them in other locales later. My plan is to discontinue the Parkour Club Rules, the Parkour Club Support (previously named "Parkour Clubs Support"), and the Requirements for Official Status when the Parkour Rules becomes effective ? The following forum topics were just published: https://en.tankiforum.com/topic/395377-parkour-rules/ https://en.tankiforum.com/topic/395687-parkour-club-support-program/ https://en.tankiforum.com/topic/395376-official-parkour-club-program/ If you would like to discuss or ask questions about anything written in this announcement, feel free to do so here

I already saw that they announced about those augments in the v-log soon after the v-log was published. I came to know about those augments only after watching the v-log, so I only know as much as you know about those new augments. I don't know if I'll be responsible for giving those new augments. Maybe more information about the new augments will be shared soon, let's wait

Topic archived. This forum topic was archived because of the following reasons: 1) It seems unnecessary to have this forum topic for necessary announcements related to parkour clubs and the Parkour Announcements forum topic for necessary announcements related to parkour excluding necessary announcements related to parkour clubs, and 2) To have one place for all parkour-related announcements. From now on, the Parkour Announcements forum topic will be used for all parkour-related announcements, including all announcements related to parkour clubs.

You got some good points. The "Lightweight Construction" augments are not under my jurisdiction, but I messaged Marcus about them some days ago requesting to request the developers to either revert the changes that were made to the "Lightweight Construction" augments in patch update #744 or, only for the parkour battle mode of Tanki, make the "Lightweight Construction" augments work the way they used to work before patch update #744. And until I read this post of yours, I wasn't even thinking about extending the "12-week timeline" after I came to know about the negative impact of patch update #744 on parkour. I currently do not have any plan to extend the "12-week timeline" (even if I want to extend it, I will need Marcus's approval to do so) and I don't even want to extend it (because I do not see any good reason to extend it). Please note that "The deadline to post a video" was not increased to 12 weeks (from the length of time it was before it was increased to 12 weeks) because of a crisis that demands more time to work around or because the HTML5 physics was fixed, it was increased because of reasons such as to make it easer for official parkour clubs to produce quality content and maintain the quality of their content, etc. and it was increased during 2022 after the HTML5 physics were fixed, not before the HTML5 physics were fixed, and after all the leaders of the 4 official parkour clubs of that time agreed to increase it in our Parkour Club Support Discord server If you feel that the 12 weeks is too much, then the reason you feel the 12 weeks is too much is because I intentionally chose "12" weeks to make everyone feel that it's too much so that no one will be like "we didn't have enough time" when we take action against a club for not posting a video within the duration or use it as a reason to justify why their parkour isn't good anymore, for example. But anyway, I think 12 weeks is perfect for all clubs, if we reduce it then people (especially clubs that want to only do outstanding parkour tricks) may start complaining (especially during parkour contests), instead we should make clubs post videos more frequently using other methods, like we already say each video gives supplies (unlike before where you got 300 per week even if you posted more than 1 video during the week). And also in the past, a rule such as a video should be posted within a particular duration wasn't didn't even exist so 12 weeks is almost nothing compared to that, and I think there is still no such rule in any other locale. In short, I don't really see a reason to make the duration tight, instead I think it should be comfortable

Hey, I cannot fix it, I asked a Head Administrator to look into this issue, maybe he will fix it

Hey @Editor, it seems the first and second posts of this forum topic are mostly or completely written in Portuguese, please either only use English for everything written in those posts or use both English and Portuguese for everything written in those posts, because this is an English forum

Thank you very much for your nice words! This is not Alfi's masterpiece (because Alfi didn't edit the video), the video was edited by Forms and PaKJLo Thank you very much for your nice words!

Topic approved. It's nice to see a new parkour contest, even though it's unofficial. Best of luck to everyone participating, may the best win! ? To @Lennard and everyone who prepared this contest: You have done a great job on preparing this contest, thank you very much for giving us this contest! ?
-
Ehmm, what do you mean? You are already not in this club, and I think you were never in this club ?
-
I didn't refute it because it's subjective and I know that the video won't please everyone and that it may be disappointing for some viewers, especially for haters who view the video through a biased lens

Not 8 months of work

Take a seat, sit back, and relax as you delve into an experience of night parkour under the starry sky in this one-of-a-kind video, our third tandem parkour montage. We hope this video won't disappoint you, enjoy!

I don't think I ever attempted to gatekeep the Phoenix paint or defended my "attempts at gatekeeping the Phoenix paint". FoG received the Phoenix paint on October 13th, I publicly congratulated FoG on October 13th and not on October 11th because I wanted to publicly congratulate FoG only after they received the Phoenix paint just like I publicly congratulated ToD only after they received the Aero paint, I value fairness

[FoG] Flight of Gravity received the Phoenix paint today, 13 October 2023, for becoming an official parkour club. The club received the official status on 11 October 2023 after fulfilling the Requirements for Official Status. Congratulations to them!
-
6 months ago, the Parkour Clubs Manager checked whether FoG meets all the requirements mentioned in the "Requirements for Official Status" and concluded with proof that FoG doesn't meet all of them. Maybe you shouldn't claim things without knowing the whole story?
-
The Requirements for Official Status was updated multiple times so far, all the changes that were made to it so far are listed below. #1) On 21 September 2021, the Requirements for Official Status was updated in the following manner: "Majority of those videos should be at least 2 minutes long or consist of at least eight parkour tricks with neat editing in QHD @60FPS (1440p60 quality) and received ratings (Likes vs. Dislikes) of 90% or above." to "Majority of those videos should be at least 2 minutes long or consist of at least eight parkour tricks with neat editing in QHD @60FPS (1440p60 quality) and received ratings (Likes vs. Dislikes) of 75% or above.". #2) On 30 September 2023, the Requirements for Official Status was updated in the following manner: "Majority of those videos should be at least 2 minutes long or consist of at least eight parkour tricks with neat editing in QHD @60FPS (1440p60 quality) and received ratings (Likes vs. Dislikes) of 75% or above." to "Majority of those videos should be at least 2 minutes long or consist of at least eight parkour tricks with neat editing in QHD @60FPS (1440p60 quality).".

5 days ago, August 24th marked the 5th anniversary and 5 years of FeatherLike! That's right, FeatherLike turned half a decade old on 24 August 2023—a great, huge, and remarkable milestone! We couldn't and wouldn't have reached this far without everything everyone ever did for us. Tremendous, endless, and sincere thanks to everyone from the bottom of our hearts for everything they have done for us so far. We look forward to everyone's continued help and support for our parkour club, FeatherLike, for as long as it exists. Stay feathery! ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
