  1. I see what you guys did there at 0:36, showed a trick with the tank rising up after the song's lyrics says "rise up" ? Good to very good tricks, I like the tricks at 1:57 and 2:19. Also, good spectating and editing Overall, this is a very good video ?

    [FTH] Fly To High

Good tricks (and some tricks are very good). And spectating could have been better at some places, for example what the thunders do wasn't shown at 1:36 (I can guess they shot at the wall in front of them) Anyway, it's a good video overall ? ?
  3. Hearty, massive congratulations to all the Best Helpers of 2022! ? ? ?
  4. Well, this is interesting

The video editing is good and the parkour tricks are good to very good but I think they were better in your previous parkour montage, I feel this video is a little rushed. And did the Railgun's shot even hit the jumper at 0:55? And for the trick at 1:15, I'm wondering whether the jumper actually landed because there is a cut in the video before the jumper lands. My favorite trick from this montage is at 0:45. The thumbnail and song choice is good but the spectating could've been better Anyway, this video is good overall, keep flying Flight of Gravity!

    [TFP] The Flying Parkourists

This montage is way better than your previous one, and I think I can say this is one of the best parkour montages of the game out there! The parkour tricks are overall very good to excellent, my favourite ones are at 1:02 and 1:30 (I think I never saw a trick like this anywhere, where 3 parkourists change equipment, spawn at the right place, and continue doing the trick). Also, very good spectating, editing, and thumbnail. And I like the fact that this montage uses trailer music, because I dont remember seeing a parkour montage with such a music recently, I feel it's rare nowadays Anyway, I hope TFP will keep it up and keep on improving ?

    Parkour Club Announcements

Because the game was unavailable for 11 days (from November 23 to December 4), we have now given 11 days of extra time to all official parkour clubs in addition to the 12 weeks given by rule 6.6 of the Parkour Club Rules. This means an official parkour club will be considered to have violated rule 6.6 of the Parkour Club Rules only if the club doesn't produce a new Tanki parkour related video for 12 weeks + 11 days (i.e., for 95 days) from the date they posted their latest Tanki parkour related video. This is only for one new Tanki parkour related video of each official parkour club, after they produce that, they will have the usual 12 weeks (84 days) without the 11 days to produce new Tanki parkour related videos.
  9. Welcome back Tanki! Glad to have the game back ?

    Parkour Discussion / Q&A

    Well, that's content I didn't expect I would be watching ?
  11. To be fair, let's all take a moment to appreciate the Tanki team for repeatedly dealing with outages, it must be really stressful for them just like it is for us

    Parkour Discussion / Q&A

Even before you made this post, I started thinking about removing such kind of rules from the Parkour Club Rules and discussed about such kind of rules of the Parkour Club Rules with the leaders of parkour clubs having the Parkour Club Support and with the leaders of parkour clubs having the official status

    Parkour Discussion / Q&A

Someone already sent me a Discord DM about this several months ago but thanks for reminding me about this again. First of all, let me clarify, there are no rules or requirements to upload videos in 60 FPS to obtain Parkour Club Support, there is such a rule for parkour clubs that have the Parkour Club Support (means a parkour club must make videos in 60 FPS only after getting the Parkour Club Support), and you've linked a rule about 60 FPS which must be followed by existing official parkour clubs instead of linking a "requirement" about 60 FPS which must be fulfilled by parkour clubs to obtain the official status (the requirement only tells that the "majority" of the videos should be in 60 FPS, this does not make a big difference but I thought this is worth mentioning), and neatness isn't the same as smoothness so I don't think it's best to say that the 60 FPS requirement is redundant because there is a requirement about "neatly edited" videos I know that there isn't much difference between a 24 or 30 FPS video from a 60 FPS video in terms of looks, and 30 FPS can appear just as smooth as 60 FPS especially in gaming videos, but although you may not notice much of the difference, it is a fact that 60 FPS is normally smoother than a lower FPS Anyway, it was known that YouTube encodes videos in VP9 instead of AVC for small YouTube channels if their videos are in 1080p at 50 or 60 FPS or 1440p at any FPS, videos using VP9 look much better on YouTube and we want the videos made by parkour clubs with the Parkour Club Support and official status to not look just fine when they can look much better because they get paid with in-game stuff for creating videos and they are not normal parkour clubs. 1080p50 or 1080p60 videos get VP9 on YouTube but such videos may not always get VP9 and sometimes even 1080p videos that's not at 50 or 60 FPS get VP9 on YouTube but it seems there is more chance to get VP9 if the video is in 1080p at 50 or 60 FPS, and videos in 1440p at any FPS always get VP9 regardless of the FPS. So to get VP9, videos made by parkour clubs with Parkour Club Support must at least be in 1080p at 60 FPS (Why 60 FPS instead of 50 FPS for 1080p even though 1080p50 can get VP9? Because there isn't much difference between 50 and 60 FPS and it's better to chose 60 FPS instead of 50 FPS as 60 FPS is obviously generally better than 50 FPS), and since the official status is higher than the Parkour Club Support, it didn't make sense to allow videos by official parkour clubs to not be in 60 FPS, so their videos must also be in 60 FPS, not in a lower FPS even though their videos must be in 1440p which can get VP9 regardless of the FPS (Why 1440p when 1080p60 is enough for VP9? Because a 1440p video always gets VP9 unlike a 1080p60 video which sometimes doesn't get VP9, and official parkour clubs are higher than parkour clubs with the Parkour Club Support and get things that the latter don't so we expect them to do better and not make videos in 1080p60 just like the parkour clubs with the Parkour Club Support) But I now think videos made by parkour clubs with the Parkour Club Support do not need to get VP9 like the videos made by official parkour clubs, so we'll probably remove all requirements and rules about making videos in 60 FPS for both official parkour clubs and parkour clubs with the Parkour Club Support and let it be up to the leaders of such parkour clubs to decide what FPS to use in their videos We have a rule for official parkour clubs that states videos must be in 1440p60 and a requirement to obtain the official status that says majority of videos should be in 1440p60 because a 1440p video always gets VP9 unlike a 1080p60 or 1080p video which sometimes doesn't get VP9, and official parkour clubs are higher than parkour clubs with the Parkour Club Support and get things that the latter don't so we expect them to do better and not make videos in 1080p60 just like the parkour clubs with the Parkour Club Support. You are not forced to (and you can't say you are "forced" to) buy a 1440p when, like you said, you can simply record in 1080p and export it in 1440p. Maybe there is 0% difference in quality between a 1080p and 1440p video when you watch them in your computer, but on YouTube there is some noticeable difference in quality between the two depending on what encoder YouTube gives to each video. It's weird to see that you being a real life filmmaker and Tanki Online Video Editor didn't talk about video encoding. But anyway, I hope it all makes sense now I think this opinion varies from person to person and depends on several circumstances. But can you elaborate more on why you feel it's difficult? And I hope you are aware that only parkour clubs with the Parkour Club Support and official status are currently required to make videos in 60 FPS

    Parkour Club Announcements

Clarification regarding rule 1.6 of the Parkour Club Rules: Although rule 1.6 of the Parkour Club Rules (which states "1.6. Players are allowed to join multiple parkour clubs.") does not state that the leaders of parkour clubs cannot disallow their members from joining one or more parkour clubs or that the leaders of parkour clubs cannot reject players that are already in one or more parkour clubs from joining their parkour club, it seems that the rule means it, so please understand that the rule was never supposed to mean that the leaders of parkour clubs cannot disallow their members from joining one or more parkour clubs or that the leaders of parkour clubs cannot reject players that are already in one or more parkour clubs from joining their parkour club, the rule was instead supposed to mean that the rule allows players to join multiple parkour clubs while at the same time it is up to the leaders of parkour clubs to allow or not allow their members from joining one or more parkour clubs and it is up to the leaders of parkour clubs to reject or not reject players that are already in one or more parkour clubs from joining their parkour club. We never, because of the rule or because of any reason, forbade anyone to or told to anyone that they can't disallow their members from joining one or more parkour clubs or that they can't reject players that are already in one or more parkour clubs from joining their parkour club. It is up to the leaders of parkour clubs to allow or not allow their members from joining one or more parkour clubs. And it was and it still is up to the leaders of parkour clubs to accept or not accept players that are already in one or more parkour clubs from joining their parkour club. I felt like some people don't know about this so I decided to clarify this here. Soon we will probably have an improved version of the rule.

I like what I see at 0:03. I expected to see only Scorpions in a Scorpion parkour montage but doing like this is good too The parkour tricks in this video are good (if not very good) overall, I like the trick at the setup at 1:23. And I think I have seen the trick at 1:35 somewhere done using several Smoky turrets, but it's not bad to see it done with several Scorpions in this video, and I feel like more Scorpions than needed were used for the trick at 0:42 as you can clearly see a lot of rockets getting missed Nice thumbnail designing and video editing, and no flex but song choice is obviously good because I picked it (out of all the songs that Arcade sent me) hehe The spectating is nice but at some places it could have been better, for example the trick's setup 0:55 could have been shown properly, and the Magnum's part in the trick at 1:07 could have been shown better Anyway, overall this video is very good and it made me feel like I wanna watch more parkour, keep it up! I have a feeling the next montage will be even better ?
