With every crystal added to the battle fund, there is 1 / 10 000 chance of Gold Box dropping.

There's no official statement about the drop rate of black boxes, afaik. The only thing we know is that they will rarely appear instead of Gold boxes in non-PRO battles. Since the majority of the boxes after the siren are normal Golds, it's safe to assume the drop rate of Black boxes is far lower than the 1/10000 rate of Gold boxes.

We didn't forget about them. They just did not respond in time, unfortunately.
