This weapon shouldn't exist. Unbalanced in open areas where it can kill 1 heavy hull in 3 seconds, but not reliable enough to hit normal shots. Also it is a weird combination of thunder and smoky, but worse.

I think that railgun is UP. Railgun needs about 2-3 shots to kill a light hull which takes him about 10-14 seconds, whereas a shaft can just kill them in 2 seconds with half a charge.
