Will only one team keep the Sky paint permanently? As far as I know, having only one team remain will be impossible, as there are so many skilled parkourists out there with official Parkour club members and even players who are skilled themselves that they will keep doing the challenge given to them.

A 'bonus' as in an addition to the crystals you already have. Yes, see the example. Also, as for the rewards, unfortunately I can't increase the rewards -- this is because the task is so easy you can literally sit around a whole day doing nothing and just searching for people with names starting from those letters in Parkour battles. So again, the rewards will not be increased.
