Okay, heres a concept I thought up during lunch: What about a mix between Vulcan, Ricochet, and Railgun? It charges up, fires a bunch of blue circular shots like Ricochet ones (Minus the bouncing effect and impact force) rapidly, but has a limited firing time and no impact force at all.
