Titan-Railgun performs around the same as Dictator-Railgun in terms of useage, but it's more limited in which maps it can play effectively. Basically, you should opt for lots of open space with a little cover to hide behind and peek out from to fire. But you hit the nail on the head, it's a defender and a suporter.
