Firstly I would recommend you try the new HTML5 version. Will have to test the SD thing myself. Not sure if this is different in HTML5/Flash. You can still change without respawn, just have a much smaller window of time compared to Flash because you need to mash 'PG' on your keyboard BEFORE your camera starts moving to respawn. That way you can change without dying.

IIRC they never said it would come out Halloween. They said Halloween would be the return of Solo Juggernaut. There is no release date yet.
