Mostly a newer issue, yes. There are massive variances in the availability of product kits at different ranks which means some M1 players are playing against M3s which is not ideal.

There is simply a limited amount of screen space before you start making the page feel cluttered. Perhaps more options could be explored in the future ?

The Discord widget serves as more of an advert to the community server. Discord tags are not fully shown, just nicknames so it should not be much of a privacy concern.

No. The only official client version available is the one on the homepage. A new HTML5 client is planned for the future.

I was in a battle yesterday where all but one player had 40%+ Rail protection, its not really an option for Legend battles.

The game quite obviously has P2W elements and they are fully intentional as developers have publicly said. The saving grace here is that the game is still quite playable as free player if you're willing to grind, save and make some sacrifices. The game needs money to exist so there has to be a compromise somewhere, I suspect it will become increasingly difficult for F2P players as the game loses players because the lost revenue would have to be offset somehow.

HTML5 generally works better than Flash on reasonably modern PCs. If you have an older slower PC Flash usually works best. For Flash try clearing your cache.
