It is the percentage of protection that player has against you turret. For example this player has 48% Protection: Which means your turret will do 48% less damage. The numbers only display for protections against the turret you are currently using, if you want to see all the player's protections you can press 'R' or 'V'. It would cause an obscene amount of spam from players creating new accounts just to spam something in the chat. Reporting and banning cheaters at low ranks is also a bit of a losing battle, people just create new accounts by the day.

Yes. Intentionally harming a team's score by not playing properly is sabotage and can get your account blocked. Besides, thats a ridiculous outlook on things, you should focus on boosting your faction's K\D. -_-

The damage your turret does against a hull is not affected by the hull's modification (M) whatsoever. Most likely you did less damage as the enemy was wearing a protection module. Any players wearing protection modules against your turret will be indicated by a small percentage number displayed next to their nickname. It happens in quite a few of the new maps on specific spawn spots. I'm pretty sure its caused by the spawn marker of the new map not being moved down when the elevation was changed. May not end up being fixed since it doesn't really matter that much.

Hundreds of posts are hidden on the forum. And in certain topics, literally thousands are hidden. It would be unreasonable to ask any moderator to take on such a workload. If the forum had a built in automated feature it may be possible. But it doesn't.

You don't need to know which moderator removed it. Telling players such information would only cause unending arguments about 'this mod hates me blah blah blah'. All you need to know is why the post was removed so you can correct whatever mistake there was. And if you think your posts are being removed unfairly by a moderator you can send a complaint via PM to a forum administrator who is in charge of the forum moderators.
