Are you sure you haven't registered the email address before? As for the kit were you charged for it, and are you sure that you didn't accidentally select the wrong kit?

I think you have to run in the moon, spice it with a dash of talcum powder then blame zoogeomorphology on the changes to the reflection from the sun while spraying hydrowater towards the general direction of mars. As much as you understood that, I understand how to play this event.
