After using Wasp with its Nuclear Bomb for quite some time now, I have found out that Wasps, Hunters and Even Viking run away from the radius of Wasp's bomb out of harm's way. Players even hide behind walls and buildings very quickly. This problem is really problematic because I see many of my Wasp bomb overdrive being wasted away. The same goes for other Wasp players as well. To fix this issue, the best thing to do is to double the radius of Wasp's overdrive nuclear bomb, not the damage. By giving the overdrive nuclear bomb 2x the radius, that would stop runaway tanks from escaping undead. Please double the radius of Wasp's Bomb. Thank you. -

Hello tankers. I have a cool idea which may be helpful for players in tough situation when they cannot make kills, or find some matchmaking battles difficult to get over with. My suggestion is about "Triple Damage Boxes", which would add some extra damage points to firepower for 30 seconds. Those Triple Damage Boxes would be rarer than Double Damage Boxes but somewhat more common than the Nuclear Energy supply. My best guess in popularity would be 50/50 that ranges between the Nuclear Energy supply and Double Damage Boxes. How Triple Damage Boxes work?: Triple damage boxes in the same way as Double Damage Boxes do. You drive into them to pick them up and you activate them. They work like Double Damage boxes, except that they add a boost of an extra 50% damage to weapons for 30 seconds. Triple Damage Boxes color: The color of this new supply of Triple Damage Boxes would be dark red. That is a darker red than the Double Damage Boxes. Damage amount: The extra amount of damage that Triple Damage Boxes would do is an extra 50% more damage. However, the overall mechanics of functionality of those Triple Damage Boxes would work the same way as Double Damage Boxes do. That is to add more damage to weapons for a limited time of 30 seconds. Not suitable for Dictator's Overdrive: When you activate Dictator's overdrive, you automatically activate all supplies at once. That includes Double Damage. Since Damage damage is the normal supply for Dictator, there is no need to use Triple Damage for Dictator's overdrive. Triple Damage Boxes on maps: The triple Damage Boxes would appear on drop zones of maps like other supplies. Players would take them on drop zones when dropped from parachutes. They drop frequency and rarity of those Triple Damage boxes would be less common than Double Damage Boxes. There would also be less drop zones on each map than Double Damage Boxes. Garage and Shop: Players would not be able to buy these Double Damage from the garage to avoid overusing them which would exploit the intensive use of Triple Damage Boxes which would then disrupt the overall balance of Tanki Online, so buying them from the garage or shop would not be possible. Challenges: Players would be able to earn Triple Damage Boxes in both tiers in challenges. The only thing is that Triple Damage Boxes would be less common and rarer to earn as well earning less units in quantities as well. That is, if you earn Triple Damage Boxes, use them wisely because they are rare. Keyboard key assigned for this new supply: The Triple Damage Box supply would need a new number key on the keyboard to be assigned to. In my opinion, the best key to assign this new supply would be the "7" key, since that key is not used at all for any default supply boxes combinations. ================================================================================= That's it folks. That's all I can say for my idea. I hope that you developers as well as players like it and agree with my suggestion. Viking's manoeuvrability has great problems. When steering the Viking hull left and right, it always tends to have problems with the level of steering accuracy. Therefore, me and other players keep on driving into other players or crashing into walls or buildings. This manoeuvrability problem only occurs with Viking. No other hull has this problem. This problem only comes with Viking because the centre of gravity for the steering motion of the hull is not correct. Viking needs a tweak only in its steering. Nothing else. I have used Viking today, and it's terrible to drive around, especially on maps where there are different elevation levels on terrain or maps that have narrow passages. Please re-balance the steering of Viking so that it's more like Hunter. Thank you. -

I have another superb idea that I have in mind about an overdrive that can be implemented to the Hover hull. This overdrive would consist of a spinning "Disco Inferno" firing overdrive which would deal heavy damage to enemy tanks, regardless of their size and armor plates. The idea came to my mind from the PlayStation 1 game called "Vigilante 8". This is from the Boogie character. Read about the Boogie character on this page: http://www.projectv8.co.uk/v8arcade/characters/boogie/ Please take a good look at the video at 5:00 when Boogie uses his deadly weapon (Disco Inferno), (disco ball) at his enemies. Video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zb_eOzuwcQQ How the Disco Inferno overdrive would work in Tanki Online: The Disco Inferno overdrive would work by firing a continuous string of bullets which would in turn deal heavy damage to enemies. The damage would vary depending on the player's hull modification. This overdrive could be a great one for the Hover hull. The Disco Inferno overdrive would pick up enemy tanks and send them into a barrel spin in the air. The Disco Inferno overdrive would also push enemies away from the shooter at close to close-medium range. The effect of this overdrive would last between 5 to 10 seconds, depending on the player's hull modifications and micro upgrade levels. Overdrive's Voice: The current overdrives don't have any voices yet. However, it would be so much fun to add a laughing voice to the Disco Inferno overdrive to warn enemy players about the danger coming. Shot effects: The default shot effect that would be suitable for the Disco Inferno overdrive would be pink. Take a look at the video's link I posted above at 5:00 and later. However, it would be a very ideal idea for developers to add cool shot effects to this overdrive. Not a secondary turret: The Disco Inferno overdrive is not a replacement of any turret, nor a secondary weapon. It's purpose is only an overdrive that players can activate when fully changed. Automatic aim: The Disco Inferno overdrive will automatically aim at any enemies that are in its radius. This overdrive would attack multiple enemies if they are all in the radius of the overdrive. Enemy tanks will fly and spin in circles are the sheer and repetitive firepower of this overdrive lifts and damages tanks whilst under attack of the overdrive. To understand more on what I mean, and how this overdrive is supposed to work, please take a close look at the YouTube video link, timed at 5:00 and later. Hover hull and the Disco Inferno: I speculate that the Disco Inferno overdrive would best fit the new Hover hull which is still in active development. The hover hull would look great with its hovering abilities, plus this shooting Disco Inferno overdrive which would help it fend off enemies at close range. Vigilante 8 ideas for Tanki Online: Vigilante 8 is a PlayStation 1 game that has many weaponry and special overdrive weapons that can be used by developers to be inspired to implement superb and proper game mechanics for turrets, overdrives, and even supply boxes. Many of the weaponry and overdrive abilities used in Vigilante 8 are perfectly suitable for Tanki Online's game mechanics. Developers just need to make more research about Vigilante 8 and compare their weaponry and overdrive abilities to Tanki Online for analysis to help them develop fantastic turrets and overdrives to be used in Tanki Online so that Tanki Online can expand even more. It is true that great ideas from other computer games such a PlayStation 1 games can be implemented to Tanki Online if they fit the Tanki Online criteria. The Gauss turret needs alterations.

Gauss is a new turret that was released only a few weeks ago. In fact, this turret is not even a month old yet. Gauss is the only turret by far which is missing crucial features such as physical modifications such as skins and alterations. I have seen quite a lot of players using Gauss now. Many players love this new turret, because it has the power to quickly zap enemies dead at any range. However, Gauss is missing many sub features. What is missing from Gauss are the alterations and skins that developers must develop in order for Gauss to be used differently. In addition to that, Gauss must have shot colors added too. All shot colors are required for the Gauss turret so that players can enjoy using the shot color they wish. For example, black, white, green or any other shot color. Shot effect colors would be granted for players free by opening containers. That includes containers that drops in battles and containers from challenges. I really like the Gauss turret. Unfortunately, I do not have it yet. As I have already promised in the Gauss thread, I will buy the Gauss turret and its Owl protection module on Tankers Day 2019 at a 50% off discount. Here are some ideas of mine which could work as suitable alterations for Gauss: 1. Increased firing rate - Gauss fires faster but deals less damage. 2. Decreased firing rate - Gauss fires less shots, but the build up on lock on shots are more deadly. 3. Critical damage - Gauss has 50/50 changes of dealing critical damage to enemies. 4. Grenades - Gauss fires powerful grenades that are deadly, but takes 10 seconds to reload. The four alterations are only examples. Developers may choose to accept them or not. I don't care, as long as Gauss is soon fitted with different alterations that players can choose to buy and equip in battles. I am not sure how the Gauss skins are actually meant to represent, but Gauss absolutely needs to have one XT skin and a Prime skin to complete its overall makeup looks. For shot colors, Gauss needs to have all the different colors available for players to enjoy using. I hope that you agree with my suggestion and accept my request. Thank you.

Valid Automatic removal of serious laggers

I agree. Lagging players are a real problem to teams so its better for lagging players to automatically be removed from battles. Players can return to new matchmaking battles after being removed from the current battle if they lag.- 35 replies

Goodness me. I don't think that players would be patient to wait another 10 whole years to see the cake gold again. Personally, I think when Tanki Online turns 20 years old in the next decade, cake gold boxes would be worth 20,000 crystals rather than 10,000 crystals like we had during the 10 year anniversary on Tanki Online's 10th birthday.

I know. The archipelago map is not suitable for rugby, CP or CTF. I know that. However this map is suitable for DM, TDM, even juggernaut. It would be a lot of fun to play juggernaut battles on the Archipelago map where the juggernaut could wait for enemies to spawn on one of the islands where the juggernaut is located. In turn, juggernaut would crush many enemies at once, once this start spawn-popping on the same island. Juggernaut would use it's railguns to quickly zap enemies dead. Since the islands are small, it would be normal for juggernaut players to use the Terminator Railguns more often. However, skilled players would be able to use juggernaut's Strikers by keeping suitable distance from their enemies. Please add the Archipelago map to the juggernaut mode. We need this map for this game mode.

Why did you remove the Assault mode on the Forest map? I used to like Assault mode on this map. ======================================================================================================= Also, please can you make the Archipelago map available for all game modes. That includes juggernaut mode too.

No. Rugby and juggernaut battles are fun to play. Juggernaut battles would be more fun if juggernaut had more armor.
