  1. This week's V-Log episode 139 mentions that there shall be more overdrives. These upcoming overdrives sounds complicated in the way they work.

  3. This is a very well written article. I read it in full. The matchmaking system is just around the corner and sounds interesting. The matchmaking system is expected to be added into Tanki Online's interface by the end of July or early August 2017. I can't wait. I only hope that I will be able to play and participate in battles as usual, without any problems.

    Ideas for Missions!

    The current number of daily missions that players have is 3. Three is an odd number, so four is better. My suggestion is that players are a bit short on the number of mission they complete every 24 hours, there must now be four daily missions per 24 hours, rather than three. Please add 1 more daily mission, so that we can have 4 daily missions per day. The fourth daily mission must be a more special type of mission, that is different from the current ones we have.

    Customizable Overdrive The overdrive is brilliant but players don't have the chance to customize it the way they want. Here, my suggestion is to have the overdrive which is fully customizable for players so that it can be more fun to use, and each player will have the advantage to customize the overdrive so that it suits their gameplay tactics. For example, players can choose to have settings where they can lengthen or shorten the cooldowns of all activated supplies. Players can have more features enabled or disabled, such as the ability to have a magnet to magnetize gold boxes. Another useful type of overdrive feature is the ability to activate a bomb to destroy all enemy players so that the player who activated the bomb gets all the credit to himself. There are many different types of overdrive features that developers can add. Here in this forum, me and other players are doing the best to request useful overdrive features, but most importantly is for players to have the ability to fully customize the overdrive so that it can be a feature that suits everyone's need. Please can we have a customizable overdrive for each of us tankers to use in a different way, as players wish.

    Please can you make the overdrive fully repair the tank's health. Repair 4000 HP.
  7. The self destruct penalty must be removed from turrets, self damage and splash damage.
  8. I really hate to see players lose kills and crystals due to the self destruct penalty. This self destruct penalty must be removed from turrets that have splash damage associated with them. Turrets such as Striker and Magnum, and also others. The self destruct is a problem because it prevents the growth of battle fund and loss of crystals for each of the players. My suggestion is to completely remove the self destruct from all turrets that have splash damage abilities. The self destruct penalty should only exist when players jump off from the playable areas of maps. There is also a very annoying bug that causes players to self destruct when they jump on top of other tanks or certain ramps. The bug is often triggered when a big tank jumps on top of a small tank. This bug must be removed now.

    Ideas for Game Modes!

    Assault Mode is my favourite battle mode because it features two battle modes in one. On the blue team side, the blue team protects and control a control point, destroying approaching enemies with the red flag. On the red team side, the red team defends and takes the red flag to be capped on top of the blue control point base. The red team must fend off enemies from the blue side. I really like Assault mode. This battle mode, at the moment is only available during the Christmas and Happy New Year celebrations. My suggestion is to bring back Assault mode as a permanent battle mode in Tanki Online. Cedric Debono once said last Christmas, that he was going to implement Assault mode as a permanent feature in Tanki Online within the following year. I haven't heard any more news since then from Assault mode. Please consider my idea as a positive one because Assault mode must be back as a permanent feature in Tanki Online. During Christmas and Happy New Year celebrations, players should be playing on any map and game mode they want without the need to have Assault mode only for the holidays. Assault mode must be played like everyday battles. Cedric mentioned about redesigning maps so that they can be made suitable for Assault mode as a permanent game more.

    Ideas for Supplies and Drones!

    Now that we have the overdrive mode in Tanki Online as a permanent feature, there are still 3 more keys that are still not in use buy any supply boxes. The "7" key can be used to activate a bomb supply. When the bomb supply is picked up, all the enemy players on the map are destroyed, except the player who picked up the bomb supply box. The bomb supply box would be a black wooden box with a bomb icon. The "8" key can be used to activate a ghost tank mode. The ghost tank mode will be helpful for when playing in all battle mode, especially CTF mode, and also help in picking up gold boxes. The ghost tank supply box would have an appearance of a white wooden box with a ghost icon. The "9" key would be used to activate a random reward. This supply box would give many different types of rewards. Small rewards would be very common and big rewards very rare. This supply box would reward players with any random supply boxes, gold boxes, small crystal reward, 1 free micro upgrade step and 1 day of premium. This wooden supply box would have a blue multi-color appearance and would be a rare package that would drop every 4 minutes of gameplay. I strongly believe that we are still short on wooden supply boxes. Tanki Online ONLY needs "3" more of such supply. The "7", "8" and "9" keys on the keyboard are free to use for 3 more wooden supply boxes. Please like my idea and tell me what you think in the comments below.

    Ideas for Turrets!

    The acid turret is my only recommendation for a new turret. Tanki Online does not need to have any more new turrets, but if Tanki Online is to have a last turret released soon, I suggest to only have an acid turret with a green spray and blob effect.

    Promo codes - Daily Mission It would be amazing to have a daily mission that could sometimes pop up and reward players with a promo code like super missions. My suggestion here is to have a special mission for Generalissimos and Legends to be able to earn a free promo code in a daily mission. That mission would have the same rarity as the super missions. Once the player claims his promo code, it will show up in his garage and can be used only once to buy crystals, supplies premium accounts and other goodies from the Tanki Online shop without having to use real money, nor crystals. This would be an excellent feature to implement for non-buyer players, since not all players in the world are buyers.

    Patch Update #469 - Released 12th July 2017

    I also like the new function and cooldown of the repair kit. Now the repair kit can restore up to 1000 HP and then slowly restores the rest of the damage until you get hit by a shot. This is a good feature that prevents overpowering of the repair kit. I also has a benefit for annoying players who abuse others by continuously using the repair kit to stay alive and those poor players who tries to earn kills, get none. Another advantage of this type of repair kit is the ability to kill enemy tankers during a gold box hunt. Many players who are under the gold box, about to catch it will use a repair kit to stay alive and catch that gold box. Now with this new overdrive feature, the repair kit effect is stopped upon enemy fire, even when your enemy is about to catch that gold box. From now on, enemies who are under repair during gold box hunts will now successfully die. Another good thing that I just noticed, is that players can now earn much more kills in battle and also the battle fund grows faster, and at the end of each battle round, players will all manage to earn a bigger share in crystal funding.

    Patch Update #469 - Released 12th July 2017

    I am very happy that the overdrive feature has made a comeback to Tanki Online as a permanent feature. Thank god for that. The overdrive has some amazing new visual effects when activating it and also when activating individual supplies as well. The sound effects of supplies upon activation is also a good feature to have but the sounds should be a bit louder and sharper because when there are lots of tanks firing at once, the sounds are not loud enough to be heard. The re-spawn is now quicker and the new re-spawn location is now slower. That makes it easier to spot the drop zone of a dropping gold box when getting killed and re-spawning. Well done. The gravity on moving and jumping tanks seem to be in low gravity. Is Tanki Online now in permanent low gravity? The re-coming of the overdrive feature has created a bug which has been triggered. This bug is the critical error called "An error has occurred" and this bug now appears at every passing round and causes players to constantly lose their battle progress. This bug is a huge concern and should be fixed as soon as possible. It causes loss of battle fund and progress for the players. Please find all critical errors related to the overdrive and fix them as quickly as you possibly can. Thank you.
  17. I want to ask you a straight, but quick accurate question that I want you developers to kindly answer me. I want to know if HTML5 will really jazz up the loading and performance of Tanki Online. I am already aware that HTML5 fill fix all critical errors and technical glitches and bugs. Question: Will Tanki Online load and run much Faster with HTML5?

    I am glad that the overdrive is back as a permanent feature in Tanki Online. Will the overdrive have more features in the future? For example, a magnet to magnetize gold boxes.

    Gold Box changes

    I would be a good idea to drop a gold box for every player in battle, so that players can benefit on having 100% chance to catch it.
  21. I have suggested a gold box location zone selection. That is a good idea for players who wants to drop the gold box for themselves and catch it without other players stealing it. For example, you can drop the gold box in a corner and catch it yourself.
  22. In my opinion, I do like the underground gold box because it makes gold boxes appear in a different way. How about we have a map re-designed with an added extension tunnel where there are multiple drop zones for gold boxes in that tunnel. By having a tunnel, it would grant players with 50% more luck on catching those underground gold boxes. Players like me who finds it almost impossible to catch gold boxes would benefit from extra luck on catching gold boxes in the tunnel, whilst other players on that map fight each other outside to find the dropping gold box.
  23. I have once thought about increasing the damage output of mines, but I wasn't sure on how to plan this. M3 mines should have the ability to completely destroy an M4 Mammoth with 1 mine stroke. Mammoths could protect themselves by using the mines module and also double armor.
  24. Stats are no a waste of time for the developers. Stats just makes it clear for players to be able to see their game progress by day, week, month or year.
