Same! However, that happens even on a good day with 40-50 FPS and Ping under 250. I get hit by railguns that miss by maybe 1/5 of tank length. It's been happening a lot and i've also found that after the New Year celebrations, i will take damage from a railgun sometimes even after hide i behind a wall and the railgun fires after i hide.
