Personia, this clan will undoubtedly become one of the best. But it's not going to happen overnight, and while practice is always good, I reckon you'll become one of those pro clans, but starladder will most likely end sooner. Just practice on some really popular maps. Not sandbox though, it won't help, cuz it's so boring. Stadium is our clan's favorite. We win clan vs. non clans a lot. Polygon is also a much practiced one.

You should make it like a vote thing. As you already did a clean-up (not enough people IMO), you should have a certain number of "signatures" be required for someone to be nominated. Your decision on how many signatures people can give, 2 or 3 sounds like a good number to me.

All you need to do is place them together in rank order. Otherwise it's pointless. And you have too many positions, even for your amount of members. 40 members, shure. A quarter of them ranked? WHAT?? (I mean with a rank) You need to take off useless positions like R-TD and L-TD. Or make them have a purpose. (Like be in council of drags but they count 2 votes.) Also, the "council of drags" doesn't represent the common people. They weren't nominated, but you can't demote them now. They are good if they are suggested/popular clanmates though.

And a few general words of advice to HD in general. Don't make a crap ton of wars that you might lose. Wars are special occasions, and should only happen once/twice a month. War sparingly! And war reliable foes. Having a bunch of opponents isn't the best. Figure out who is reliable and who isn't and war them. You need more than 1 reliable war opponent though.
