Railgun can shoot once every 6.9 seconds, it takes thunder a third of this time. Railgun doesn't have a 100% chance to 2 shot a light hull without the alt. Thunder will always 3 shot a light hull. Railgun with the alt is still weak to RK and can be easily deflected. Thunder can always 4 shot a medium hull and hit tanks through most cover with splash. The turret was already broken OP, but the devs decided to buff it even more.

These protections are required to play the game because the turret is that broken.

After an hour of trying to earn the bare minimum 5 stars to count your turn in the war (gave up at 4) I have come up with an equation that predicts the outcome of the game before it even starts! x-y x is the number of thunder users on your team y is the number of thunder users on the enemy team 1 - Your team wins by a marginal amount 2 - Your team annihilates the enemy team and wins through score cap 3+ - The enemy team all leaves and there is nobody to kill (bad) Same with negatives. With that said, I refuse to play the game any more until the developers fix the game and reduce thunder damage by at least 100% (maybe even lower and have it heal tanks like isida!) I got my 6 turns, I'll get my animated paint. I don't care enough to endure this torture anymore. -
Viking and hunter both have the turret centered like hornet. The difference in acceleration for camping is negligible and you *really* want a medium hull for the armor.

At this rank if the enemy team has at least 2 thunders that drug a lot, they automatically win.

I just looked at the wiki. m4 rail does average 1200 dmg every 6.9 seconds (reload+charging) while thunder does average 440 dmg every 2.3 seconds past its minimum damage range. This means that thunder has *more* dps than railgun even far past its effective range. Genius developers.

Buy a m1 power turret after it unlocks (you already have freeze so thunder/shaft/magnum) and start MUing. That 86k only gets less valuable as you rank.

I've been playing on alts a lot lately and almost every striker user has used some kind of instant salvo hack. They can immediately lock on to a tank (even through walls) and salvo them. Where did they all come from and why? So far 6 out of 8 actual striker users have hacked, is this the only way to balance striker? -
There are no real life values ingame anymore, since they merged EN and RU servers. Most people are russians who don't understand english, and on top of that the game has just become less friendly overall. It's next to impossible to find actual friends ingame anymore unless you're playing high rank pro battles.

Twins, thunder, shaft and freeze. These are the turrets you want. Everything else is a waste of time and crystals. (trust me) Hulls don't matter so much at m2 anyway, just pick a medium one that comes with one of those turrets and you'll be fine.

The problem is that the developers keep shifting balance drastically and then buff the overpowered turrets because everyone uses protection against them. If they made freeze do less damage, people would protect against it less. Now protections against OP turrets are standard garage equipment because it's impossible to play against them without it. At least freeze is a melee turret with glaring weaknesses and not a long range turret like magnum and thunder.

Shaft is never a sitting duck, you can arcade whenever you have enough energy. After sniping, you only have to wait for the duration of an arcade reload to shoot again which is more than fair. EDIT: Misunderstood your reply, but still I think it's ridiculous that now both sniping and arcade have insane dps.

Can't wait for the day they buff ricochet way too much. Maybe my freeze will come in handy even more, if they don't nerf it back before that.

The only reason arcade mode exists is to give shaft a way to do any damage at close range because of the sniping delay. Railgun can be easily deflected with a turret such as hammer, so it has to run or find a way to stabilize itself. There is no reason shaft should be this strong up close considering it has insane damage output at medium range.

Minimal damage at range. Up close, the turret stupid powerful. It's just barely behind thunder in terms of DPS.

There would never be a battery drop in the first place, for the same reason there isn't a mine drop. It can't just give you a battery.

I switched to the dust covered freeze in my garage and now I too can win games. Why even bother using my almost m3 both-alt hammer when I can play half as good with the cheapest stock m2 and still do better?

You see that "70" number? That's minimum range. What are you going to tell us next, that twins also has infinite range?

Guido, have you ever actually used hammer? The weak damage is like ricochet or firebird, it does not have infinite minimum range like smoky.
