It is not or never been my strategy, this is which I noticed today while playing. All of those rails/thunders/shafts sitting in base doing peekaboo and when drugs available, attack. Yeh, I took it too far by commenting about pressing P, but general idea is same.

Played 2 matches today, both teams acted like this. Only attacked when drugs were available otherwise just sit in base and wait. Wait when you get to legends(if you ever), people will start to play tactically, not just attack and hope for the best. And I am fully loaded. Always join to loosing team, never try to catch gold. Can not care less about crystals.

New way to play CTF: Join a battle, either camp near your flag while watching series/movie/youtube or just press P for drugs to become available. Press 2.3.4,1,5 try getting flag. Repeat. I been waiting for such ''update''(possible update) for long time. Finally have a good reason to quit.

Don't forget shaft's close range alteration.

Smart guy would buy them under different country, so it would be around 30c per gold box.

Yes sir! I have noticed this also. It's super annoying when you are trying to shoot flag carrier.

And this is why I have 50 protection against shaft :) Nice game and so agreed about arcade alternator, it's awesome. That RU guy is just calling you *****.

I am doing currently a challenge set by some fellow TO players. 10k kills, no deaths. Currently at 500 kills, no deaths, waiting for double crystal card to get M1 titan/M1 smok MU-d to M2 at rank of Master Corporal. Sounds OP with unlimited drugs? So yea, it's not that much of hacking with KD like that. I did 500 KD with 10k kills by only playing DM's, and 30% of deaths were due to connection lost.

Got myself the new alternator. MAN, this thing is good. Stinger, you will LOVE it. DD 1750 dmg at M4 arcade shot. Literally made for 2 hitting M4 viking/dic/hunter. Did today about 15 Brada/Massacre DM matches, didn't lose once. Takes a little time to get use to longer arcade shot reload, but still, so worth it. BUT, as normal to Tanki, noticed 2 new issues when using it. First and smaller - game kind of froze 4 times, never ever had issue like(this was full of players game): http://screencast.com/t/IoVtvkNzo8 Next game, same thing, can't see stats, luckily, restart helps. Second and bigger - I got called a cheater today. Not because I won but because randomly my titan started ''dancing in air''. Driving/scoping/standing, didn't matter when, my tank just start jumping and spinning out of nowhere. It jumped that hard that I got flipped while standing still. When it happened first 3 times, I figured, it's just a lag or something. But forth time, one guy asked if I use cheat engine as he was laughing like crazy. It happened every 5 minutes aprx, sometimes softer, that it just kicked off my aim, but most of the time I just got flipped. This takes place only for 3-4 seconds, but still, annoying.

I got it on x-mas sale, fully MU-d to M4 also. Man, this thing is horrible. I mean damage is nice, but it needs faster lock mode and drastically better auto aim. I did quite many battles @ Brada DM/Massacre DM today, drugged like crazy but barely managed to come top 3 after switching to Shaft, i was first for 15 battles straight. Yeh, lock mode is cool and super hard for enemy to survive but the time when you get it locked and rockets to fly, the guy most likely is already dead. Also tried it in few ctf matches (silence, noise, rio) - same issues. Only place where it was fun = Poly CP.

I would really want to see protection module sale and MU sale! Need to get that protection against freeze and fire.

Had to read it 2 times, to fully understand, but nice post! Guess let's wait and see how it will work. But I am kind of excited. Even tho isida currently is superb hull to attack in CTF or support big boys with vulcans, it might be even better attacker with higher self heal.

New alternator will be nice :)! Let's hope for 30% self heal.

Very excited for the new alternator. It will be extremely useful in DM battles aswell on CTF battles when doing viking/shaft and trying to get flags BUT this of course when we actually get some real numbers to compare, might get too slow reload. @DESTRUKCO Nice, keep killing them!

That is not true at all. I was playing Poly DM today drugs disabled and become first with lead of 4 kills. When drugs enabled, I usually have lead of 20 kills over second place. Barely anyone using protection against shaft on small maps as not very many people use shaft, but if you take experienced shaft user and put him to ANY map, he has proper chance to win because shaft is unpredictable weapon due to arcade and scope mode shots. Laser is what ever, as it's super easy to just hide it.

Shaft bug fixed!!!!!! According to last patch. Time to play again.

Not if people do photoshop/video edit MQ challenge, so turrets would be shooting, people getting flipped/flying/jumping while someone trying to capture but will be killed due to enemy mine being in front, some guy blowing up, while one guy just drives around. It's def doable and would be fun to watch especially when done correctly. I ain't specialist in vid editing/photoshop, but I think you can basically take image, cut out tank with trick and paste it into your video, when you are done recording your ''boring'' driving?

It was just experiement to prove how OP buying is in early stages of game. Mostly I got killed due to lag, server disconnections. 13 confirmed fair kills only.

Few months ago there was time when many gens use to do it. I really could not figure out the reason as I always checked there stats, KD wasn't high, so that could not be the reason. Most of the guys who did it were using Rail/Viking in DM's. So I did ask around about it and apparently some TOP clans didn't accept people with low K/D, so people had to ''boost'' it.

Before rebalance, that feeling when everyone trying to get gold and you get triple kill with shaft only by one shot! I miss that.

Topic Merged Just kidding ... Mafioso is so right, at M3 level it gives you huge advantage over other players. If you are free to play scheme, then rather waste your crystals to MU-s than drugs as MU's are permanent, drugs are just boost of your ego for short term.
