    Let's Discuss Supplies!

Ok then. I may have not even studied things as advanced as this so you may be right. Btw...I think they increased rewards by 10% and then again with 10%. So it was 10% and 10% of the already 110%. 10%+11%=21% My calculations show same results for the chance of getting 3 supply missions before the update but they show different results for the chance of getting 3 supply missions now: 0.37*0.37*0.37 = 5,06% 0,37*0,37*0.63*0.37=3,19% Adding them => 8,25% meaning the decrease in roughly 20%. Considering the 21% increase in rewards...the decrease in rewards in just 3-4%. (100-20=80; 80 + (21/100 *80) = 96,8) I hope I got this one right. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong (which is quite likely) as I am not really accustomed to operating with this kind of stuff. Anyway this is less important...Even with 30% less crystals from missions players can get more than enough crystals to get a kit at Lt. General. The game is more difficult and it offers less opportunities but it's still possible to compete and enjoy the game.

There are plenty of good games who suit the despriction you've made (many that I've played myself). I think it would have been great if tanki had been like this. It would have probably been more popular and enjoyable for more people...Unfortunately Tanki Online isn't the case because it simply wasn't built that way. This is the product devs created and things don't seem likely to change. If you aren't satisfied with this product you can always choose to do something different, something that you can enjoy.

How did you make these calculations? I've studied this kind of stuff some years ago but I don't remember much... If I remember correctly the chance for getting 3 crystal missions with a free swap should be 0.4*0.4 (2 missions that give crystals) *1 (the 3rd mission)*0.4 (chance of getting the 3rd crystal missions when swapping) = 6.4% Now it's 0.37*0.37*1*0.37 = 5% and the 1.4% decrease represents 1.4*100/6.4 = 23,33% decrease in income 23,33% decrease - 21% increase = 2.33% decrease in income from missions which don't usually represent more than 50% of the weekly income of a player so that leads to a 1.16% overall decrease I am not sure I've calculated these correctly as I don't really remember much of the maths I've studied. And even if your calculations are correct...even with 30% less income from daily missions players should be able to get a kit at Lt. General.

You were actually one of the players who came up with some arguments... Other people were just complaining and nothing more. Without the summer bonus it's 18 battles a week. 2-3 battles a day which is fine. I know 20 drugs / battle is a very low amount. I don't think you need to have supplies on all the time to play well. Sometimes it's just not necessary if your team is already doing well and pick ups help a lot especially because the "Battle" button creates large maps with plenty of them. Using certain turrets can also reduce your supply usage (Rail, Isida) and a certain playstyle can reduce it even more. For example: I played a Rio TDM today to complete one of my daily missions. I drugged 7 DDs, 3 DAs and finished first on the winning side.

The idea is to combine garage supplies with pick ups. You also need to know what to drug and when to drug in order to be efficient. If you have a brain spamming 12345 insn't required to perform well. I end up using 15-20 supplies each battle. This summer I get 1092 supplies each week for just keeping the chain. That's enough for 54 battles every week or 18 without the summer bonus. That means 2-3 battles every day. This is also math and I think it sounds pretty good, right? Btw, I didn't say that you were crying about anything...

+++ Moreover, they don't seem to want to change the system, let alone remove it.

    Gold Boxes!

Happy to see that human beings still exist.
  8. Maybe 2x is too much but increasing the battle fund for certain maps every 1 or 2 weeks could be a solution.

    Let's Discuss Protection Modules

The only problem I have with the system is that we can't buy the exact modules we need as they don't exist. I've been looking for a module similar to "Rock LGC" and I couldn't find anything good. In my opinion we should be allowed to customise the module when we buy it or more modules should be added into the garage so that we don't end up with a more complicated system while still being able to buy what we need.
  10. Agreed. However, even battles created by players with PRO Passes are mostly the same. We end up playing in the same maps over and over and over...

When I first log in I do my daily missions. Always. That takes about 20-30 minutes depending on how difficult they are. The thing is that I like more the gameplay small maps and XP/BP offer while the "Battle" button creates large maps most of the times. Helping a buddy in need would represent a very good reason to join a standard battle, but I have very few friends. Having these considered I can say that don't really have many reasons to join standard battles... And what's so bad about being a kid?

I don't use the same amount because: 1. I don't play standard battles that much 2. I don't buy supply kits so I can't afford drugging so much. I can still go 12345 12345 quite often and I've managed to compete against heavy buyers (many of them are in that "Hall of Lame" that you have created), but not for extended periods of time. I don't have any money. I will probably get my first job in about 1-2 years so my only "source of income" are my parents and I simply don't like the idea of asking them to give me money for a game that I'm not sure I'll be enjoying for a long time.

Balanced battles are extremely difficult to find nowaydays and I may be going a bit off topic but...I do not think the matchmaking system will solve this issue. Unfortunately players don't have many options at the moment. They can just quit, keep suffering or adapt. I've won battles 100-3 in CP mode (no supplies) and I can say that it's the most lame thing ever. I see supplies no different from high modifications and MUs. Both are in-game items that can be purchased (both are affordable even for f2p users). Both make your tank stronger. It's just that supplies have a more significant effect. Facing a Smoky Titan M2 at the rank of WO1 is just as bad or good as facing a player with M0s that is constantly drugging .

So if you use lots of drugs you are more likely to end up less skilled. It's true, but only if you usually spam 12345 against players who don't drug. If all the players drug (or almost everybody) you need to find something else to defeat your opponents so you can get skills as well. However, what's the problem if you end up less skilled as long as you enjoy the game? After all, having fun is the actual purpose. Sure, it's not the best position to be in, but it's still fine.

What's so wrong about using drugs? And what's wrong if you want to get higher in this leaderboard?

Unfortunately, we don't have detailed statistics. Sure, I can agree with you that most of the players are young, but (sadly), I've seen players 30+ old that behave in a more immature way than what you have presented.

Actually the players I know to press 12345 constantly are mostly adults. I think it's unlikely that we battle against kids since I don't expect them to make it this far into the game, but I'm not sure.
