Well, now it makes more sense...It would have been ridiculouss for you to compete alone against Legends. As long as you have trusted people around you and you are quite good yourself there's no need to worry I suppose.

4th place was a Vulcan and he got a similar score/hour ratio as I did with my Isida (roughly 3k). This result is somewhat normal as almost nobody had Vulcan protection, but at least it shows Vulcan isn't TOO weak.

It sounds a bit too good to be true. A Colonel competing against Legends (without even using supplies)? Have you won against Legends and finished in one of the top positions of the leaderboard in those battles?

Tied battle. Small to medium map so that I do something constantly (preferrably CP). Strong players in both teams (plenty of modules and MUs). High battle fund My english and russian allow me to properly communicate with my teammates. I finish first.

Most of them get more skilled as they rank up...some of them will still refuse to use Z & X at the rank of Legend. It's exactly what Gabe was talking about.: supplies make you too strong so you don't need to get more skilled. Well, I'm glad I've started pressing some numbers quite late in my career....

I was talking about medium and long range because Twins is supposed to be a close-medium range weapon. Anyway, maybe they'll buff it or change it, as it is extremely unpopular, just as TDM is...

I can't say it's a bad idea, but 25% is huge. With a buff this big Vulcan would deal as much damage as Twins while having better range,auto aim and better projectile speed. Btw, Hazel said decreasing and increasing damage of turrets is just lame and he prefers making other sort of changes. Anyway, I may be wrong but I think he has also said something about reworking Vulcan

Actually, I was trying to point out that I performed with Vulcan just as well as I did with other turrets on my alts. This is why I don't think buffing Vulcan is so important. Even at my rank Vulcan is annoying if you can't find cover because it just won't stop shooting and it has pretty good range and autoaim as well. However, maybe an increase in dmg/impact would make it more popular which would be a good thing, while not making Vulcan too OP.

I've noticed that almost all Poly CP battles follow a pattern. Usually 1 team has a few members from the strongest russian CP clans and this attracts other strong players in that team as well. At the beggining of the battle the better team let's the enemies capture and keep the point for a while so that they get some hope and the battle fund increases. At a certain moment the stronger team captures and there's no way back from this as the enemies seem to be just cannon fodder...

I may have exaggerated a bit these weeks... These ratings are clearly a sign I play too much. And the bookmarks I have also show that I may be a little bit too involved into the game...

I have Grizzly T-B (Isida, Hammer, Rail) and Badger T-H (Fire, Freeze, Isida) so Isida is no issue and there aren't many of them anyway. I usually end up being the only Isida in the battle since if we get 2 Isidas somebody will probably ask "Зачем два изи?" which basically means "Why 2 Isidas?" and 1 will change. Now the thing is that all this splash damage pisses me off quite a lot. I wanted Magnum, Striker, Thunder protection but such a module doesn't exist and I really need some more Thunder protection for Poly so Shark T-G seemed to be the perfect for this. Btw, I think your module is actually Badger T-A. I've been so interested in modules that I've started to actually learn which is which :lol:

I've played some Fire Wasp myself and if you didn't know many players who enter these battles are russians from specialised clans that play Poly CP all day long. If you meet those guys it's better not to mess with them as I am quite sure they are superior in terms of equipment. They'll just change equipment and focus on destroying you...7v1 isn't nice, is it?

I'd like to get 4 more modules (for Poly CP) during the next sales and I thought about these: Shark T-G (Thunder, Rico, Striker), Badger T-D (Thunder, Fire, Freeze) and Lion T-C (Freeze, Hammer, Rico) For the 4th module I was thinking about Badger T-F (Freeze, Fire, Tiwns) , Lion T-A (Fire, Hammer, Twins) or something with Magnum protection. Feel free to suggest any other module that I didn't write. Thx for helping. Now, let's hope I manage to get enogh crystals to actually buy them...

Hmm...ok, I can agree with this, but up to a point. 1k is extremely low, I'd say the average player can get at least 1,5k/hour if he is losing constantly (which is the worst case scenario). One question: why don't you play fire wasp if it is so beneficial?

You can't get just 1k for playing 2 hours in Poly unless it's DM and you are a complete noob. In Poly CP you can get 3k score/hour so if you win it's likely that you earn 3,5-4k crystals/hour or 2-2,5k if you lose.

In your dreams :rolleyes: There will still be Fire Wasp battles and they will be a lot more easier to create now as player can customise the battles. As long as they don't make the battle private they will still get exp and crystals. As for the giveaways...maybe kills in custom battles won't be counted, but we'll see about that.

They won't be named PRO Battles anymore...But players will still be able to create battles and customise them just as we do now with the PRO Battles.

Well, they've made an effort to get rid of these errors. Maybe in the future they'll work on these issues as well...Personally, I face lag on extremely rare ocassions, but I guess my internet speed helps quite a bit (not sure as I don't know much about networking).

I think it's because you're not Legend yet as this is what I see right now: 33 regular battles and 49 PRO Battles (excluding format battles) But, yes, the choices are very slim. That's why I have decided to get a stronger garage for Arena and Poly since these are all the maps I play. At the moment I don't mind it as I earn a huge amount of crystals from these battles but I will eventually get bored...

maybe after u rank up things will get better...after taking a look I'd say there are always more PRO Battles than standard ones

About this Vulcan issue...I've made an alt to test Vulcan a while ago: BlackChink I've checked the D/L, the cry/exp and the exo/hour ratio and I would say I have performed just as good with Vulcan as I did with other turrets on my alts. I was thinking myself of buying it but I have decided to specialise in another field so I got other turrets instead.
