I second personia's motion to accept BelieveInTheBanana as an "Elder Dragon" of this clan. Under the rules, you are technically accepted unless DoS, Zenith, KillerGnat, or other cresteds express their denial of your acceptance. (Yes, the language is very formal. :) )

Okay, this is brainstorming for ideas that will make our clan stronger: Clan events, including STG Trainings? Once I have a stable school schedule, I will tell you if I can host one. It will probably be every other week, though. Rank up parties for members Get to know everyone's favorite combo so we are better prepared for clan war Have a post in the first page for "best photos of the week/month" If someone is multing in our clan, (in the forum) put a :excl: next to their name. Inactive members should be removed quickly and swiftly. If someone has been on a LoA, put them in a special LoA category on the first page. This way when we see the members it is easier to know which members are active, and could be online. Don't accept bad applicants. In fact, after "accepting" an applicant he/she will be put on a trial period of up to one to two weeks. If we feel that the person is not as good as his/her application, then we can kick the person out. Otherwise, he/she is accepted. Are we still doing the clan training with MOD? My point is, we need to still have the spirit of membership, so that all members are satisfied.

Am I allowed to get a post on the first page after ethanisme's post? Just asking, don't do it now though.

On the clan war: Personally, I think rematches are lame. You lose it or win it. There's no "but..." or "we did bad last time do it again!" A war is a war, no hassle for more. (Rhymes too! :) ) However, if you really want that and DoS agrees, I will respect his decision. However, if you want to have a war with us, I'm fine if it is different ranks (Last time was Sergeant-Major to WO5, this time it can be higher ranks) and most of the players are different.

I know... I have school so the only way to win is to hope that the questions are hard so that it is based less on time, but skill.

When it comes down to the question, I really don't know. It's probably because of the attitude of my posts (so I do know.) Yeah. I wish DoS could give us more ways to help this clan, he's busy so he should transfer work to us. :)
