I think we should use this clan war as a way to improve for teamwork. What went well: We put mines, and attacks were very successful. SLT and I were able to do great defending work, while rodman1 helped with both defense and offense. DoS was all over the place, capping flags like it was the easiest thing to do. What could be improved: We need an isida. Yup. Also, late in the second round we got lazy, and we just let them take the flag, and our defense slacked off. What we learned: We knew that a player at the blue base had Viking Freeze, so that escaping with the flag would be harder. At first, attacking became really hard because you would be slowed down so much. Later on, though, we learned how to deal with the Freeze: I would first come down and cause trouble for the defense (distract), and when I was on low health, DoS or rodman1 would come down and at that time the Freeze would be out of charge, making an easy flag escape.

Well, yeah. We won first round 6-0, second round 10-0 They did technically almost cap a flag, good thing I jumped in time to push that guy off. :)

I only chose "superior" because I ran out of words. Choose whatever word you like. :mellow: :unsure: Here's the ranking of each member if my new policy makes the way through: Leader > Left/Right Talon Dragon > Cresteds > High rank council members ( council members = 2-3 people chosen from the high rank squadron, they only have a bit bit more power than regular members) >= All other members (so, if not a leader, Generalissmos still have more or less the same power as a Dragonet, therefore, everyone has a say.) High rank council members (2-3): One will manage trainings, one will manage wars, the third one is TBD. Equal power is still very prominent, as you can see above. The high rank squadron doesn't mean that they are so powerful in any sense, it is created to encourage high ranks, and to let them have more freedom to train and arrange clan wars. Please approve. (I am not doing this for my own good in any sense, as I don't really benefit and I will be downgraded to a Dragonet, all I want to do is help the clan)

Yes, once the M3 is available. Keep in mind, though, that MU all the way costs twice as much than buying the next mod directly.

Just for an emphasis. What do you guys think? I know that this will demote many members (yes, including myself), but this way more Generalissmos and higher ranks are more willing to apply, as this clan is transitioning from the "get as many members as you can" mood to the "We need the best members for our clan" mood. We need to refine the members who apply, and reform how trainings and classification (explained above) work.
