I have a personal discount on Shaft M2 for 3 more hours, and it only costs 60k crystals. I have 70k crystals. My hulls are Viking and Mammoth M2, and my turrets are Twins M2 (With Alteration), Railgun M2, and Isida M2. I think it might be nice to buy Shaft, since there will be a larger delay untiL I can get M3s. The other reasons I'm considering getting are: I'm really good with Shaft and Viking. Kodiak-TC Module is everywhere at my rank because of Bulldozer kit, and Shaft M2 would give me a long range option against it rather than having to rely on the weak Isida M2. Thoughts? Buy or no buy? Answer ASAP.

The test servers were up for two days, and I tested the tanks during that time. The Rail-Dict combo is still fairly effective, and is quite good with lots of Double Damages as that allows you to control the midfield more easily. I don't think the combo overall was affected too much. Dictator is faster, more maneuverable, and better at rocking than before, so I would say it might have improved. I wouldn't know for sure though since I didn't ever try pre-update Dictator and Railgun at M3. Shaft isn't much better than it is now as far as I can tell.

I can probably participate in the Plasma Wars series, since I have Viking M2 and Alteration Twins M2, but I don't have any good light hulls so I'm not sure how that will affect my ability to participate.

Hopefully. Right now I've found from the Test Servers that Freeze M3 can still work decently for a fast offensive striker using Wasp or Hornet, but still isn't very good. Turrets like Smoky, Firebird, or Hammer would be far more effective at the role. The Freeze alteration that is currently available is terrible.

So the ironic thing is, from what I have seen on the test server, Freeze is terrible. Thunder is amazing now, at the very least up to scratch with Smoky M3. Firebird M3 might have seemed like it was being nerf, but it is still extremely good. It's among the current best M3 turrets when it has the alteration.

Why even post this? It isn't helpful or providing any real thoughts/feeback. :mellow: On the other hand, nicely done article. It might have been nice to have some pictures to break up the large text blocks, but is fairly pleasant other than that.

Please don't revive old dead writing pieces that have been dead since the start of AWC, just for the sake of nothing. We don't need to hear nostalgia or looking into the past.

After the update, I would say Aborigine is probably better. It comes with a nice camoflauge paint, as well as a respectable hull. Northerner is the option currently if you want a low profile and better defensive capabilities, but I'm not sure how this will work out after the update. Pretty much, both are guaranteed good, so perhaps just check the stat changes and choose if you want a fast kit or a slower kit.

I'm not sure what a "Free to Play" player is, but decent article. I would have called it something along the lines of "The Beginner's Guide: How to Play Smart", since currently the name doesn't really inform me of what's in the article. Handy guide though. Also, 500th post!

I had to wait a really long time, like 20 minutes. Then it opened and I bought stuff. It got stuck exiting, so I refreshed and all the stuff I bought was gone and crystals refunded. So I tried again, and on the 3rd try or so it saved. Then later that night the garage was working easily, probably because of less players crowding the servers.

So uh, idk about you guys, but here are my findings from the test servers: Best Turrets: Firebird (With Alteration), Thunder, Smoky Most Nerfed Turrets: Railgun, Isida, Freeze Average Turrets: Twins, Hammer, Shaft, Riccochet, Vulcan Railgun got nerfed a lot, but it makes XP/BP way more entertaining since there is a lot more dynamic movement. With the hulls, I'm surprised a lot of people are saying Dictator is bad because it seems fairly solid to me. Hornet is almost completely overshadowed by Wasp, the only advantage being that Hornet has better handling and acceleration for making tight movements in close quarters. The heavy hulls are of questionable effectiveness, I didn't check them out much. Titan is definitely the better one. Hunter and Viking are both quite good, although I'm not really a fan of either of them post-update. Viking is hard to drive due to drift and awkward turning, but is quite good once mastered. Hunter I'm not sure about. It didn't really work out for me, probably because I just don't love Hunter much.

I purchased the Twins M2 alteration right of the bat since it looked really nice and was only 50k crystals. It's really useful for camping and playing in slightly more spaced maps like Rio and Polygon, as well as being handy for making up for Mammoth M2's slow speed. :P

I'm not a Crested or anything, but I strongly say no to being accepted into the clan.
